The absolute worst property management on the face of this earth. Lost three of our rental checks. You can barely understand what they are saying thru what they are eating. Unprofessional as they come. Mike Couture the property manager never returns calls not an upstanding person at all. Most importantly the Master Deed that you sign and they sign at your closing is not worth the paper it is printed on. They do not up hold any of the by laws or rules. They just want your HOA and off no assistance after you rent or buy. Please STAY AWAY from this rat hole of people.
