It used to be easy to get an oil change when Cary was there. Now I have to call and schedule an appointment days in advance. They used to get $ thousands in repairs off of me. ...

Always Get Waht I need 8/25/2015

I'm a regular long-standing customer of Darrell's and the reason is that I always get what I need at a fair price without pushing higher cost alternatives. For this service call, I had regular maintenance performed, and asked them to check a few other areas. They came back with some recommendations for future work, with advice as to what was critical or a safety issue and what could be deferred. more

Some time s if the work is minor there is no charge 5/11/2015

The service engine soon light came on. The techs at Darrell's checked it, said it was a minor evap system leak and reset the computer. So far no further problem. They squeezed me in as soon as I arrived and there was no charge. Excellent! more

They stand behind the work 4/12/2015

Darrells firestone stands behind their work, even when the new parts used in the repair don't perform as expected. That happened to me. A new Strut failed after driving on it for a few months. They quickly identified the problem, ordered a replacement part, and had it installed on my vehicle before my complimentary cup of coffee was finished. I'd gladly recommend them to family & friends. more
