It used to be easy to get an oil change when Cary was there. Now I have to call and schedule an appointment days in advance. They used to get $ thousands in repairs off of me. ...

Quick, efficient, friendly and trustworthy. 3/6/2016

Thought I was getting an oil change and new brakes. Turns out it wasn't the brakes but the rear calipers and the serpentine chain needed replacing. Bessie is humming along beautifully now. Thanks Darrell ! more

OIl change 1/13/2016

I was in the other day because I could not get an appointment with my dealership. I have previously had oil changes with Darrell's Firestone had been pleased. This time they were totally unfriendly and not very receptive to me. I was a little startled and at this and almost turned around and left. The manager didn't even look up at me and he ordered this clerk to do this and that and was too involved with something on the computer to be even take a minute to be welcoming. I am afraid that was the last time I use Darrell's Firestone. more

Aggravation But Great Service 10/23/2015

I got a huge (not so pleasant) surprise with a call from Darrell while my car was being worked on. "We have a problem"....the problem was a big deal and big cost, but a safety issue so had to be done. Darrell gave me a break as much as he could, but I know that he's concerned about the quality of the work and the safety of his customers, more

Whenever I make a large purchase I always get several quotes before making a decision. I went to several tire stores in the Farmington area, I found the quotes given were very competitive. The reason I went with Darrell's Firestone is because Darrell took the time to research my tire needs and he treated me like family. I walked out of his shop feeling very confident that he was going to take good care of me as a customer. Not only was his quote competitive to the other stores; Belle Tire, Discount Tire and Goodyear, he was actually able to save me a bit of money. more
