It used to be easy to get an oil change when Cary was there. Now I have to call and schedule an appointment days in advance. They used to get $ thousands in repairs off of me. ...

Excellent work, fast service 1/1/2018

Popped into Darrell's early in the day for a headlight replacement on my Audi A4. Was in and out in no time and everything is working great! more

Honest & Great Service 11/29/2017

I moved to the area recently and was looking for a mechanic I could trust to do the job honestly and economically and I found both at Darrell's. My battery died and within an hour Darrell's finished identified the issue and other potential issues in the future - though they didn't try to push me to get those repaired immediately - and at a price that was $500 below the dealer's quote. I would recommend Darrell's to anyone. more

Darrell's Firestone is my "GO TO" for car issues 9/29/2017

I recently returned home from a weekend get-a-way. Left my car for the new driving teen. She swerved to miss a squirrel and ran smack into a curb that took out the right front tire. I left a voice message for Darrel on Sunday evening. He text me back within the hour to assure me he would take care of it. My car was towed first thing the next day and my car with new tire was back on the road in less than 24 hours. AMAZING customer service. more

Windshield wiper blade 9/24/2017

I had ONE windshield wiper blade that had to be replaced. The customer service there is excellent - however- I was charged 24.00 for one blade!!!! I could get a pair of blades at Sam's for 11.00! Sorry not going back. more
