wooden blinds r flimsy......not like the ones i had.......not informed re day to put blinds......took a VERY long time to get.............

I hired Danmer Custom Shutters to install vertical blinds. I had a problem with a particular piece of one of the blinds they installed. They replaced it, but that particular one seems to be turning oddly like it did before. Other than that, everything was fine. I would use them again. more

The quality of the shutters that I ordered from Danmer is excellent. They are expensive, but very good quality; which is why I am ordering my shutters a couple at a time. I had some installed, and I have already decided to get more. They installed them very well, and I am really happy with the outcome. They had a good product selection, and a professional installation crew. I am very happy. more

Overall the shutters were beautiful, but one of the windows has a gap due to my window being not perfectly square. 7/1/2015

My only complaint about this custom made shutters is that one of my windows was not a perfect square so because the shutter was a perfect size it did not fit the window perfectly, it left quite a bit of an open gap between the bottom of the shutter and window sill. If I had known about making sure the shutters fit the window I would've made sure they can guarantee me a perfect fit. Otherwise, they were beautiful shutters! more

Very happy with our experience and shutters 6/23/2015

We are remodeling a 40-year old home and called Danmer to give us an estimate on shutters. They were quick to respond, courteous, and the sales staff was extremely knowledgable. One week later we had custom shutters for all of our windows that look great! Some of our windows were very tricky, but the installer was wiling to get creative and came up with excellent solutions. more

It seams they should be adjusted to line up with the floor and window sill just off a very small amount. the shuttersupstairs the sealant seams to be shrinking'around the outside edge 6/23/2015

My sales woman was the best. The people are friendly and ready to please. They always kept me informed when an order would come in and remind me of an appointment. Sometimes the wrong thing is ordered by the people back at the office. The fit was wrong a couple of times. Took 4 times and over 3 months from initial appointment to get it finished. But as I was in no hurry so it was ok. Love the blinds though, they are great. The shutters are not what I thought they would be though. They are not like the ones in our living room. Sorry to say but a little cheep made compared to the living room shutters. Made to look like they bi fold but don't why put on the fake hinge if it dose not work. I was told they would not in the beginning. Didn't know where the shutters in the living room came from I thought they were hunter Douglas but I guess they were not' more

Everything was great from the salesman to the installer. Rooms already feel cooler with the new shutters. Did not think we would ever get shutters but very glad we did. more

Phil King and his partner did a great job on the install. The Shutters look great , the rooms look so much better with the shutters . Window Covering for Kitchen Y Family Room 6/23/2015

Shades were beautiful; however, was not happy with the continuous loop cord as it was installed. The installer returned to my home and tightened the cord and it is what I anticipated it would look like. However, I do have a suggestion that all your Sales Reps actually see the installation they sell to a customers, as when I questioned my Sales Rep as to whether she had seen the particular cord installed, she said "no". This may assist future clients decision regarding a cord selection. I also now understand that this cord will no longer be offered and I would have appreciated knowing this before I made my selection. more

Love my shutters 6/22/2015

While visiting a friend I noticed her shutters were very , very nice.much nicer than others I had seen. As I shopped for shutters I did not find the same quality or tailored look as her Danmer shutters. There was no hesitation to call Danmer when I was ready to purchase. From my first contact with customer service to schedule an appointment to the Instilation I was very impressed with this company. I have to say my Danmer shutters look so much better than any others I've seen. more
