My sales woman was the best. The people are friendly and ready to please. They always kept me informed when an order would come in and remind me of an appointment. Sometimes the wrong thing is ordered by the people back at the office. The fit was wrong a couple of times. Took 4 times and over 3 months from initial appointment to get it finished. But as I was in no hurry so it was ok. Love the blinds though, they are great. The shutters are not what I thought they would be though. They are not like the ones in our living room. Sorry to say but a little cheep made compared to the living room shutters. Made to look like they bi fold but don't why put on the fake hinge if it dose not work. I was told they would not in the beginning. Didn't know where the shutters in the living room came from I thought they were hunter Douglas but I guess they were not'
