Review content:
Shades were beautiful; however, was not happy with the continuous loop cord as it was installed. The installer returned to my home and tightened the cord and it is what I anticipated it would look like. However, I do have a suggestion that all your Sales Reps actually see the installation they sell to a customers, as when I questioned my Sales Rep as to whether she had seen the particular cord installed, she said "no". This may assist future clients decision regarding a cord selection. I also now understand that this cord will no longer be offered and I would have appreciated knowing this before I made my selection.
