My car looks great. The courtesy and professionalism estimator (Mike). He explained everything clearly. I was very satisfied with the results. I would also like to mention I forgot my glasses in the car, I came back with half an hour. Mike walked me over to the vehicle and it was already being worked on ! Wow now that some production line. I was very impressed with the operation. This is a FIVE STAR SERVICE * * * * * My Acura got a super detail too ! I have two kids so my vehicle was really messy. It came back to me like a vehicle off a dealership lot. If your like me I check reviews on line and take my advice this place is AWESOME on workmanship and customer serivce. more

I was referred by my co worker and happy he did so. I have a BMW and am very particular where I take my vehicle for repairs. So I went over to Da Les to check it out. This is a pretty big operation. I got a detiled estimate from Daniel. He is very patient, he went over the estimate line by line with me. He gave me a tour of the shop. I even seen other BMW being worked on in the shop. I was sold and schedule in for the repairs. My estimator Daniel is awesome he went the extra mile to answer all my question. My update on the repairs where given as I request. I never had to call the shop. He even sent me pictures of the repairs being done via email. Upon picking up my vehicle I brought a friend to get a second opinion on the repairs. My vehicle was my car was perfect. The color match was outstanding.. I had no complaint. They even offered my to come back after 45 days to get a wax and wash for free. I will be there ! I have never had such a good experience with a repairs shop. Thanks Da Les I really appreciate the great customer service and how good my repairs where done on my car. I will pass along the good recommendation. And I will be back for the wax and wash. more

Excellent , very quick , friendly service ! This is the 2nd time I've used Da-Les & they done a supeb job both times. They really are that good and more. They handled my insurnace claim. **As soon as you see this body shop is not like most shops. The receptionist is polite and helpful. The estimatore (Mike) was Honest not pushy like most places. The office has awards from SUNNYVALE TOYOTA, SUNNYVALE ACURA, LARRY HOPKINS HONDA, SUNNYVALE FORD. This place has been in business for 35 years..... !!! OUTSTANDING !!!! I can see why I seen such good reviews on this place. They have 4 walls of display of happy customer reviews. I can tell you I will refer my Co-workers and friends and family here. more

THIS PLACE HANDLES IT ALL !! I can tell you this place it top notch in my book. From begining to end of my repairs the CUSTOMER SERVICE was EXCELLENT ! I was referred by Sunnyvale Toyota and had Farmers Insurance. Farmers said this is one of there BEST body shops in the valley. Upon calling the courteous receptionist handled my every question. She was very sympathetic to my accident and concerns. She even handled my towing of my vehicle and set up my Enterpise pick up. Wow, I was very impressed on her follow through. And then even called my back to insure i was taken car of by Enterpise. My estimator Daniel was very supportive to my concerns of the damage to my vehicle. He took the time to explain what was going to happen to my vehicle in simple terms that i could understand. Talk about GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE !! He gave my update on the repairs status of my vehicle on time and was encouraging to assure I would be well taken care of. Upon picking up the vehicle. The office looks extrodinary not like a body shop or mechanical office would. Huge, Clean, inviting and relaxing. The office pick up of my vehicle it so efficient. I even got to leave my rental vehicle there at the body shop. With no hazzle from the rental agency. Now that was convenient that i didn't have to go and drop it off. THANKS DA-LES ....Daniel, Lisa, etc... you guys made a bad experience of an car accident and turn it into one that I know i have someone who has my back if i need them. !! : ) more

I GOT INTO AN ACCIDENT IN MY BRAND NEW HIGHLANDER AND WAS REFERRED TO DA-LES BY MY DEALERSHIP. I WAS VERY UNFAMILAR WITH THE PROCESS OF REPAIRS. HOWEVER THE STAFF AT DA-LES IS EXCEPTIONAL. We brought in our Ford Expedition in for repair. They did an awesome job, I expected 3/4 of the work done. They surprised me by fixing the whole side! They just did it out of the goodness of they heart. They did a stellar job, we couldn't be happier. Gabriel was our estimator he rocks. He listened to our concerns, promised that they wanted to take their time and do a really good job for us. They did take their time and the results were worth the wait. This shop is all about quality, he is an excellent communicator. They have a customer for life. I would highly recommend them. Pros: They did above and boyond what was expected! Cons: NONE more
