I was referred by my co worker and happy he did so. I have a BMW and am very particular where I take my vehicle for repairs. So I went over to Da Les to check it out. This is a pretty big operation. I got a detiled estimate from Daniel. He is very patient, he went over the estimate line by line with me. He gave me a tour of the shop. I even seen other BMW being worked on in the shop. I was sold and schedule in for the repairs.
My estimator Daniel is awesome he went the extra mile to answer all my question. My update on the repairs where given as I request. I never had to call the shop. He even sent me pictures of the repairs being done via email.
Upon picking up my vehicle I brought a friend to get a second opinion on the repairs. My vehicle was my car was perfect. The color match was outstanding.. I had no complaint. They even offered my to come back after 45 days to get a wax and wash for free. I will be there !
I have never had such a good experience with a repairs shop. Thanks Da Les I really appreciate the great customer service and how good my repairs where done on my car. I will pass along the good recommendation. And I will be back for the wax and wash.
