6 Weeks 11/1/2011

Thru this 6 week process of getting my daughters MINI repaired I have dealt with the 2 most professional people that I have ever experienced. Roger and Marshall are top notch people who set and incredible standard for your company. They are the example of what true customer service is and what relationships with a customer means. Had I not had the pleasure of meeting these 2 gentalmen and dealing with them I would have gone away from this 6 week ordeal with out any tyoe of satisfaction or faith that there are still good people in the world. Roger and Marshall thank you from the bottom of all the Boss hearts. more

Crevier MINI had got the new 2012 minis in and I was super stoked to go see them. When I got there I took one for a drive and was in love right away. There was no question about it I was taking the car home tonight. They saw my anticipation so got me through the finance without any hick-ups and I was on my way. Best Service EVER!!! more

I was looking at the new MINI SUV on the internet. I looked all over the southern California area for what dealer had one so I could go look at one in person. Spoiled her 8/25/2011

My wife has wanted a MINI for some time now. I really wasn?t fond of the car but she let me get a motorcycle a few years back so I guess it was time to spoil her. Our 30 year anniversary was coming up and I just knew this was the best gift. I went to Crevier MINI and was given so much info, it was overwhelming. I had no idea that the car was so advanced. Im glad to know that she will be in a well equipped car, with a high safety rating. To top it off they delivered it to our house on the morning of our anniversary. This place it top notch. more

I Got a New 1.. 8/8/2011

I originally started looking for a used mini at many other dealers. I wanted a year or two old for myself and it looked like I had no luck with my search. I had a hunch to try Crevier MINI. Also no luck with a used one. My salesperson asked me how I feel about a lease. I said I never had one so he explained it to me. I was ok with the terms and we went for it. Im so happy I went to Crevier because instead of having a used car I have a NEW one. Thanks for all your help. more

I wanted to get my wife seat covers for her Cooper. I went down to the parts dept. at Crevier MINI and they were a great deal of help. They had a catalog of different patterns and colors. I was able to pick the color and pattern; also I was able to have her name embroidered in it. They were able to have it shipped directly to my home and it was the perfect birthday present. Checkmate 7/14/2011

I went to Crevier MINI looking for a specific car. I told them my dream was to get the Checkmate Edition but they told me they are very rare and almost impossible to find. I told them to look around and keep me posted. Three weeks later they made the impossible happen. I just purchased my Cooper S Checkmate, from Crevier MINI. I must say they really do almost anything to keep a customer happy. When I did some research my car was transported almost 2500 miles to reach me. Thank You for all your help Crevier MINI. Good Guys 7/7/2011

My Cooper SES light came on while I was driving and it freaked me out. They had no notice and I drove right up to the service drive at Crevier MINI. I walked in and spoke to a service writer. Told him what was going on and he told me he would be right with me. He came out to test my car to make sure it was ok. A code was in there which was miner he told me. I always take my cars to the dealership for service. While I was at Creiver MINI getting my wife?s Copper S an oil change they noticed that there was a nail in the tire. They immediately removed the wheel and fixed the hole. I had no idea what they were doing to I walked toward the Quick Lube bay and asked what was the problem. They told me I had a nail and they were going to fix it. I then asked why didn?t they consult me before doing it and there reply was perfect, ?We don?t allow our customers to be jeopardized in any way while out on the road.? This dealer really does care about their customers. There a 10 in my book. more

Whos got the last Laugh 6/17/2011

I never thought I would be interested in a MINI. I went for a ride in my friends and just fell in love. From the luxurious interior to the power and handling, nothing can compare. I went home and told my husband I need a new car and he laughed. At that point I had a trick up my sleeve. I called my friend and asked her where did she get her car and from who? I took a personal day at work and went to Crevier MINI. I met with Jim and before I knew it I was driving home a used Copper S. Crevier was everything she told me and more, so friendly and nice. I WENT FROM DRIVING A CHEVY TRAILBLAZERTO A MINI. THERE WERE SO MANY CHANGES I HAD TO GET USED TO. I NO LONGER NEEDED A SUV AND I WAS GETTING TIRED OF SPENDING SO MUCH MONEY ON GAS. I LOOKED AROUND AND THE MINI WAS VERY ATTRACTIVE TO ME. I CAME INTO CREVIER MINI AND FIRST LET ME SAY HOW NICE THEY WERE. SECOND THEY WERE VERY HONEST ABOUT MY TRADE IN AND GAVE ME A FAIR PRICE. THIS MADE THE DECISION TO PURCHASE HERE VERY EASY. I GOT MY NEW MINI AND I LOVE IT. THANK YOU CREVIER. more

Great Service 6/3/2011

I went to my local car repair shop for an oil change and was told that I have a leak and I need it fixed. I said I simpley came in for a oil change and that all. They proceeded to tell me I need this done and that don?t alone with filters changed. I wasn?t happy so I left. I came into Crevier Mini and told them what happened and they told me that they can take a look. Windshield washer fluid bottle had a crack which was the leak and my filter still has about %60 life. That place was just trying to rip me off. Im so glad there is a trustworthy auto shop still around. Thanks for being Honest Crevier Mini, it goes a long way. more

More Room 5/20/2011

So I have had a MINI Cooper for almost 3 years and I just love the thing. My sister and her 3 yr old baby girl just moved in with me due to some hard times, not to mention I could also use the extra help. I noticed that my mini is a bit cramped when it comes to having a baby seat in there and an extra person traveling with me. I went out and explored me options. My heart kept on driving me back to the cooper. I stopped in to Crevier MINI and took a Countryman for a drive. I was in shock how much there identical but with so much extra room. Crevier gave me a great trade in on mine and I am still a proud owner of a MINI. Thank You Crevier MINI.. more
