Crevier Mini

I just want to thank EVERYONE at Crevier BMW for helping me get into my dream car - a white Certified Pre-owned BMW X3 with beige interior! Not only did they have a few X3s to choose from, the customer service was OUTSTANDING! I felt comfortable with my purchase and everyone there went OUT OF THEIR WAY to help me and make me feel important. I had spoken to a few other dealerships in the area prior to visiting Crevier and was given attitude and made to feel like they didn't care if they got my business or not. The salesman were some ofthe nicest down to earth car salesmen I've ever met. I went to them with an offer, and they made it happen!!!! I was truly surprised and impressed with the way I was treated there and I would encourage everyone I know to go to Crevier BMW. more

I went to the Mini Cooper web site where I reviewed the various models and familiarized myself with the various options available. I then went to Edmunds and Kelly Blue book for pricing information and dealer recommendations. Edmunds sent out an e-mail with my specifications to various dealers in a 500 mile radius of where I live. Mike from Crevier BMW sent me a short message stating that he had some Minis in which I might be interested. That started a very interesting and productive exchange of views and options. Mike was always courteous and fantastically prompt in his replies, even when I was a little obnoxious; he kept his cool. In short he provided me with all the information I requested, even sent pictures, and offered helpful suggestions. When we finally got down to a car that was CLOSE but not exactly what I had in mind, he smoothed out the differences, truthfully acknowledged the missing features I wanted and honestly explained the additional features which I DIDN'T WANT but which my wife loved and two months later still loves (It's her car. I just bought it.) When we finally agreed on the outline of a possible deal, my wife and I went to Crevier for a test drive. Everything was as Mike had described. There were no hassles and no surprises. Basically, we couldn't think of a reason NOT to buy the car (although I don't part with $32K easily). P.S. The whole thing took about two weeks and the deal was done before I started getting messages from other dealers. more

This was my first purchase at Crevier BMW. After a few minutes browsing cars in the lot,Eric came out and introduced himself. He was very down to earth and very pleasant. Very knowledgeable. No pressure whatsoever. Showed us every option in the lot. Did not try to point us to a higher priced model. Actually suggested the lower priced model (less powerful engine) as being the best bet for us. Tried to ascertain our needs and point us in the right direction. Picked out a beautiful red 128i which drove like a dream. Finishing the deal was again easy and without pressure. I got a fair price for the trade in and the car. Financing was also very pleasant. Would definitely use Crevier BMW and Eric the next time I need a car. On the other hand, I expect to be driving this beauty for a long long time. more

Nothing but positive experiences over the last 3 years. I have had my MINI for 3yrs. I purchased it and only service it at Crevier MINI. They always have room for me and they always welcome me as if I were family. I have referred many people to Crevier MINI because I can depend on them to take care of my friend and family as they do me. My lease is almost up and I am excited to purchase another vehicle from them and continue to only use them for my MINI needs. Crevier is a place I can call home more

Crevier BMW did a great job when I had my car towed to the service department due to it overheating. I have had my BMW for 4 years and it has never had any major problem. Every time I have it at Crevier they always figure out the problem, fix it, and send me on my way! Thanks to your service department I still have my BMW and when I am in the market for a new car, I will definitely bring the favor to Crevier BMW. They do a great job with their process in the service dept. hopefully sales are the same with the execution process. more

First BMW and all I can say is thank you to Shawn. What an amazing job that was done. The process was smooth I filled out some paperwork, went on a test drive. Came back and she was ready for me to tell her yes, and off to finance I went. The finance dept. was great they explained everything to me, made sure I was up to speed with the process, and then they delivered my new BMW. I haven’t bought a car in 8 years, but all I can say is it went smooth for me. more

It all started with a car site called Kelly Blue book. I was checking out a few high end luxury vehicles and comparing pricing when I found the 528 that would soon become mine. It was black on Black with a hole in the roof. After looking at many vehicles I finally found one that had my blood flowing. The mileage was in the exceptionable range and the car fax looked like it was a one owner. more

I loved my previous BMW which was totaled in a wreck, so buying this car was more than just a sales transaction. The salesman understood that and got us into a car that eased the pain of losing the other one. They are no-nonsense, which is extremely important to me, but they were fun and easy to deal with at the same time. they worked hard to get us a deal we could live with, and even after we had agreed on the terms, they found us a better finance rate which lowered our payments even more. And then, since we ran out of time that night, they prepped the car and delivered it to us the next day, an 1 hour away! They were great, and good to deal with. Car-buying is not high on my husband?s list of fun things to do, but even he ended up liking this dealer. If you're in the market for a car, go see Crevier Sales Team. You'll be glad you did. more

Short of moving Crevier to Corona where I live there is nothing you can do. I live 5 or so miles from Riverside BMW and feel they are so substandard compared to Crevier that I drive 70 Miles and pay about $15 in tolls to just get to Crevier. I am afraid to visit other BMW dealerships because I know they will not meet the expectations that Crevier lives up to. You Guys Rock! Don Crevier if you read this I will be in your commercial!!!!! more

Where do I begin? Maybe with John Thatcher, a gentleman who was nothing but helpful. He did a great job with all the services provided. All the staff in Service at Crevier are fantastic. I have been going to this service department for a few years now; they always give 100% when I am there. It?s great to be recognized by name. ...And of course...you, for taking an active role in calming my ""nerves"" as BMW went through the process of making sure I was in a safe vehicle.\r \r The car came back to me polished, and like new! I was told the part will arrive in two weeks, and the mystery of the malfunction was solved!\r \r As you know, I have owned many high-end cars over the years, from BMW, to Mercedes, to Porsche, to Audi...this 550i is one of the best driving experience’s I have ever had! I was looking to ""down-size"" as I approach retirement, and the 550i was a great solution! Thank you for all your help and guidance.\r more

Would have never guessed I would give a five star rating to a dealership, but the staff that helped me was so accommadting. I understand there is a new service manager at this dealership. I am switching from Savage to Crevier.....service cannot be worse than it was at Savage. Besides, the new guy wants to turn things around, so I'm giving it a go! more
