Came in to look at lease options for a new Mini, I ended up finding out that my car was worth more than I thought which was a plus, normally they try to low ball you. They gave me more then what I asked for, and they let me get all the information I needed to make a wise decision on purchasing in this economy. My payment is lower then my car and they are paying my old loan off with some to roll over onto my new lease with Mini. Thank you all very much for all your help, I love my a NEW Mini at a payment I can afford. I AM A FAN!!!! I will send family and friends to Crevier Mini In Santa Ana CA. I just moved to the LA area and coming from a smaller city I had no clue how much gas would be in my SUV. I moved because I was relocated for a job promotion but my house isn’t very close to the job site, to be more exact its almost 100mi round trip. I had decided, I need a new car. I was asking around if anyone had any recommendations for a good dealer. One of my co-workers said her sister had a great experience at Crevier. I looked them up on the net and checked on their record with the Business Bureau. I would say they it about 90% positive. I went into mini on my day off. I was lucky enough to meet Mike. I told him my situation and before I knew it we were test driving different cars. I fell in love with a used M5. We went in the showroom and discussed the final price. Thanks to Mike and Crevier Mini I am saving around $500 a month in gas. more

I have been married for 30 years. My husband and I have had quite a few vehicles through out our marriage. I have recently retired and have been in the market for something for just me. I wanted something stylish and femine at the same time. I have visited and browsed many dealerships online and in person and hadn't found anything that interested me, Until I came across Crevier Mini. The Mini Cooper is so luxurious and just the kind of car I have been searching for, for so long now. My sales rep was Mike and he was very informative and impressed me and my husband who also enjoys the look of the Mini Cooper with the knowledge he knows about these great looking cars. I decided to purchase a pre-owned 2010 Mini Cooper and I absolutely love it. I'm so glad I came across Crevier Mini and had the opportunity to have Mike as my sales rep. He definately made this buying process enjoyable and exciting. I'm so happy to have my own Mini Cooper and to top it all off it's wonderful on gas, for my many trips to come. more

Super Clean 4/25/2011

I originally came into mini looking for a used mini. From what I have read and all the research I have done they have great reviews and get great gas mileage. When I got there I was looking around and fell in love with the new mini. It has so much cargo room and is very spacious. I didn’t think I could get financed for a new one but I was already there and so excited I went for it. I knew it was a shot it in the dark but I had to try. They ran my credit and come to find out my predictions were correct. The numbers were off by about 10,000. The sales man said he would be right back and walked to his MGR. He comes back to me and told me that they were going to give me 2500 more on my trade in, drop the price of the new one 2500 and give me a NEW CAR REBATE. Now we were off only $2000. I came back the next day with the Cash. I am now driving my super clean new mini. Thank you so much to the sales team at Crevier Mini. more

My baby Girl 4/17/2011

My daughter is graduating this year and she'll be going off to college this fall. Her graduation gift from her mother and I is to get her a new vehicle. We want her to have a realiable vehicle and something good on gas, so she doesn't have to worry about a car only her grades.. We over heard her talking a few months ago to her friend that she really likes Mini Coppers that when she graduated college she was going to think about getting herself one. My wife and I looked into the price and quality of a Mini Copper and we thought it was the perfect car for our daughter. We called Crevier MINI which isnt to far from our home and talked to Tom. He filled us in on all our questions and convinced us to come in and take a look around. I'm very glad we did come in today because my wife and I are so blown away by the customer service we received. Tom is so amazing he helped us find a 2010 Mini for our daughter and I can't wait to see the look on her face when she sees it. Thank you so much Tom. more

Great Deal 4/10/2011

I am a first time buyer, I have been looking and researching different car websites and always browsing at dealerships that interested me. I finally came across Crevier Mini and was really very interested in the Mini Cooper look and quality. I decided to visit Crevier Mini and from the moment I walked in I knew this was what I was looking for. Eric was very polite and friendly. He was patient and understanding the entire process. He was knowledgeable about the cars and features as well. I decided to go with the 2010 Mini Cooper and I am very happy with my choice. Eric made the purchasing process quick and easy. Crevier Mini is great I went by for a Brief moment to find out about purchasing a car in May. I am recieving a settlement in May and would like to by a new car cash. I was looking on the internet and saw a couple Coopers, so I called and spoke with Mike on the phone. He gave me great information on some vehicles. I just had my best car buying experience ever. Without a doubt, Crevier Mini knows what they're doing and has a great team in place. I've been looking to replace my Yukon XL for three or four months. I've driven everything from corvettes to VW. In fact, I've driven a lot of cars I actually like, but nothing compared to the Certified Pre-Owned 2010 Mini I purchased. However, it was just as much the experience as the car that made me write this review.\r First of all, Dana Eastman is second to none in knowing how to showcase a Mini. He's a complete expert and a pleasure to deal with. He never wasted my time talking down other cars or trying to ""hard sell"" me. Just gave me the facts and proved these Mini's are quality cars. I doubt there's a better ""motoring advisor"" on the planet.\r After I decided on which Mini I wanted, and believe me with so many cars to choose from this was no minor decision, I worked with the Floor Manager, Enrique Aguilar, to finalize the deal and trade in my 2003 Yukon XL. Enrique was straight forward and easy to deal with. What more could you ask for? Buying a car shouldn't be rocket science or mentally draining. All I ask for is straight forward, honest communication and that's what I got. \r Once the deal was finalized I worked with the Business Manager, Anthony Scolieri, to obtain financing and complete all the necessary paperwork. Again, just as with Dana and Enrique, dealing with Anthony was nothing but a great experience and pleasure. \r When I buy my next Mini, and I will………I’m going back to Crevier - no if, ands, or buts. \r \r Thank you again for my new Mini. He took his time making sure he met the needs and concerns we had during our purchases. We really got the feeling that we would be taken care of by the Crevier dealership and service dept. Forever a part of Crevier Mini 1/12/2011

After researching fuel-efficient cars in anticipation of a longer commute to work after the first of the year, I decided to look at a Toyota Prius and the MINI Cooper. I have to admit that I was favoring the Toyota Prius, partly because of its hybrid engine and ?green? engineering and partly because my image of the typical MINI Cooper driver was a groupie in a fan club who was just a little too obsessed with his or her car- and I consider myself closer to the granola eaters than the car club groupies! In the end, though, what convinced me to buy the MINI over the Prius was my sales experience at the two dealerships.First went to Hunnington Toyota... My next stop Crevier MINI Cooper because I had heard your ads on the radio (National Public Stations) and every used MINI I looked at had come from Crevier ? and the owners all said that the dealership was amazing and they?d done all their servicing there without any problems. I drove onto the lot anticipating that my visit to Crevier would be the first of eight dealerships I had planned to visit over the next two weeks. Two hours later, I?d made up my mind to buy from Crevier MINI and not look any further. The reason? Jeff Valentino. He not only approached me the minute I stepped foot on the lot, he listened to what I?d researched, confirmed what I already knew, and then told me a lot more about the MINI Cooper that I hadn?t learned yet. He took me for a test drive in a car that was easily accessible, but after talking with me during the test drive he picked up on the fact that I really preferred the manual transmission and a convertible top. The color of the car and its accessories weren?t as important to me as these two features. After checking inventory, he pulled around in that car that I drove off the lot later that week. What sold me on the MINI Cooper as a car were its safety and economy features, the spaciousness of the interior compared to the Mazda Mx-5 Miata I?d been driving, and the emphasis on engineering rather than cup holders (seriously- sometimes sales personnel treat women buys like na?ve consumers who care more about the cup holder than the car?s engine!) what sold me on Crevier was Mr. Valentino?s professional demeanor, courtesy, and individualized sales approach. I didn?t feel like I was being processed through a ?cookie cutter? sales routine, but rather that he was genuinely listening to my interest, needs, and prior experiences with cars I?ve owned, and he matched me up to the perfect vehicle. It was really just by chance that this particular vehicle was even on your lot, and I was happy to take it off your hands!I was honest with Jeff about my splotchy credit history recently due to a divorce, as well as prior arrangements I?d made to sell my vehicle to a private party the following weekend. As it turned out, that sale fell short through and Jeff worked out equitable trade-in for me so that I could still get finance that amount I was comfortable with and not have to sell my own car on my own. I can honestly tell you that had this sales advisor not been as conscientious, persistent, thorough, and accommodating as he was, I probably would have walked away from the sale just because it felt overwhelming to have to work out trade-in and financing on my own when I didn?t have to buy until after the first of the year. The salesmanship of Jeff Valentino was the single factor that closed this deal for me and I have absolutely no regrets about buying what I did, when I did, where I did. more

DON'T BE DECEIVED!! CREVIER MINI ARE SLEAZY CAR SALESMEN 1/11/2011

BUYER BEWARE !! CREVIER MINI ARE EGOTISTICAL AND HORRIBLE!!! You can definitely get a better deal from LONG BEACH MINI. First of all let me state that I really wanted to be a Crevier customer based on their reputation in Southern California. But I was quickly disillusioned trying to deal with these horrible, shady, scam artist that work for Crevier MINI. Kurt Larson and Peter Maldanado are the epitome of sleazy-car-salesmen and should be avoided at all costs. Let me explain.I started my MINI adventure by going on Edmunds, and built my MINI order which then is submitted to all local MINI Internet departments, and then the various dealers contact you if they have the car you want and will highlight various promos that attract you to their particular dealership. I chose Crevier based off of reviews on here, and made an appointment with Kurt Larson at first Kurt seemed really cool . He took me on an amazing test drive. He played up our similar interests, and I thought he was cool . . . Until it was time to work my deal. Because I have less than optimal credit he treated me like a criminal and made me feel very embarrassed about minor blemishes on my credit. He asked me to do very unconventional things to prepare to shop my loan. Which is not a typical way to approach auto financing. I was putting $13,000.00 as a down payment. The deal should've been simple, the bank is in an equity position. So my father who had over twenty years as a manager of the countries largest Honda dealership, (but is currently suffering from terminal cancer), called to find out why he was approaching the deal in the way he was. He belittled my father and hung up on him. Kurt got angry that somebody with intimate car deal knowledge was questioning his unusual procedures. So, disappointed with their despicable customer service, I relent and try to work the deal with Long Beach MINI, who were really cool, offered the same percs, gracious and said the deal was a no brainer and that they would have me financed by the afternoon. In the mean time I find out that the general manager of Crevier is a friend of the family and call him to share my complaint and find out why I was treated so bad. In the mean time Long Beach calls me back and tells me that I'm approved at 2.9% finance. So I text the GM at Crevier that I appreciate his concern but I am purchasing from Long Beach. He then contacts his MINI sales manager. So Peter Maldanado Sales Manager for Crevier MINI calls BMW FINANCE AND HAS MY DEAL TURNED AROUND as a favor!!! HE SABOTAGED MY FINANCE WITH ANOTHER DEALERSHIP BECAUSE CREVIER ARE THE LARGEST BMW DEALERSHIP AND HAVE THAT KIND OF PULL!! How down right rotten is that? They didn't want to work my deal, (suspecting that I wasn't legit) and when somebody else did, they used their might to sabotage my deal. Then he tried to sway me back saying he'll make up for it and get me financed. He then offered me a lesser car than Long Beach for $2000.00 more and 2 points higher interest. Crevier MINI are horrible and shady and will scam you backwards all the while pretending to be good Samaritans that live up to a legacy of the best customer service. Don't believe them! Do your homework and shop all MINI Dealerships by using Edmunds, most will give you free car washes, mats, keychains, and valve stem caps, and Long Beach will give you a serious discount, and will be honest with you. I've got the MINI of my dreams!! Screw you Crevier! more

Just Right 1/10/2011

I worked with Amanda, who made me an excellent deal on my MINI. The amount she gave me for my trade was just right. I didn’t tell her I wanted but it was less than 250 of what I wanted so I was stoked about that. I went for my first test drive came back, knew it was what I wanted and that was that. We went into the office and started signing papers. From the test drive to the time I drove off the lot didn’t take more than 2 hours max. I have never experienced such a level of integrity and pleasure when buying a car. I thoroughly enjoyed buying my mini form Crevier mini thank you everyone. more

One of the best car buying experiences I've ever had. Purchesed a MINI S in August 2010. My salesman, taught me everything I needed as I had no knowledge of MINI'S at the time. Drove 2 and had to have the S model. I worked in the car business 12 years so I know I got a very good deal. He even set up my bluetooth. He has called me several times in 4 months. Finance department was the best and most professional I ever experienced. A well ran first class dealership. more

How car buying should be!?? My wife and I were in the market for a Pre-Owned MINI but didn't know what my wife really wanted. Stephanie was incredibly professional and patient with our requests to drive many of their selection. When my wife sent an inquiry to the dealer on the web site, we instantly received a phone call from them within about 5 minutes or so. I have never been treated with such respect and patience at any car dealership! Stephanie laid out exactly what they had to offer. \r I was pleasantly overwhelmed by today’s sales experience with your sales person Stephan! I’d read some very interesting reviews about the new 335d, and walked in and asked the receptionist for the “diesel sales expert”, both she and a passing sales person both said “that would be Stephan” ~ and they correct! As a car enthusiast, I read all the car magazines. For me, the norm I’ve experienced is that the representative knows less about the car than I do, but that was anything but the case today. While I came in focused on the 335d, Stephan also pointed out the X-5 diesel and asked some great questions about how I was intending to use the vehicle, type of driving, etc. I happened to find both of these ‘”BMW Executive Owned” vehicles and he was very thorough in walking me through both cars – what options they had & didn’t have (and why that may be important to me, or not) as well as the pros and cons about these vs. purchasing a new vehicle. The test drives really helped me understand both the diesel drive trains and the differences between the two vehicles. He then took me over to some new 335d that has some additional color & equipment I was considering. There wasn’t a detailed question I asked (and I asked some pretty obscure questions), that he didn’t have the correct answer for. Plus, I never felt under the gun or working to his timetable. He casually asked me about my employment, and then mentioned as a business owner that the new X5 may qualify for a $25,000 first year depreciation. I wasn’t aware of the implications, and it took everything into a totally different light. Congratulations on having such a remarkable sales person on your staff. While I live in San Juan Capistrano, I’ll have no hesitation in driving right past Irvine BMW to work with Stephan directly when I’m ready to purchase. \r more
