Totally satisfied 3/4/2011

We are more than lucky to have been referred to deb helpers via one of our credit cards debt management department. I have always paid my credit card bills on time, however, I was injured in an automobile accident. With the mounting medical bills, I could not continue to keep up. We made several outreaches to the credit cards but was told there was nothing they could do to lower our interest rates. Susan Commanarano was a life saver. She and her team went to work immediately and saved us over $700 a month in interest alone on just one of the credit cards. We have been clients for six months and are now finally beginning to see our credit card balances come down. Totally amazing what this organization can do. Have recommended this organization to several friends without hesitation. more

I feel very lucky to have found Carlos Llerena! He helped us to deal with our bank. If it had not been for him, they(the bank) would have won. He is professional, knowledgeable and helpful in many ways. I would highly recommend Carlos. Thank you very much.... more

At My Witts End With the Credit Card Companies 2/17/2011

After three or four months of trying to work it out with the credit card companies myself with absolutely NO success, I found DebtHelpers and Susan Cammarano. Everything happens for a reason! Susan is professional, knowledgeable, puts you at ease, and assisted me with the best solution for my situation. I have been in the program for 22 months now and Susan continues to assist me with outstanding customer service. I will now be working with Debthelpers to assist in my loan modification. Professional service 2/16/2011

I would like to thank Carlos LLerena and Debthelper for helping save my home. My home went into foreclosure, and I didn't know where to turn. A friend told me about Debthelper, and especially about Carlos LLerena. He told me to call Carlos, and he was sure he could help me. He was right! Carlos was very professional and knowledgeable about the mordification process. I am so pleased, that my mortgage issues were resolved ,and I was able to modify my loan and keep my home. My contact at debthelper, Susan Cammarano, helped me convert an overwhelming credit card nightmare into a manageable monthly commitment in no time flat and with very little effort on my part. She also pulled off something of a miracle in terms of the interest rate she managed to secure...unheard of in the credit card world. Highly recommended. My Mortgage Solution 2/16/2011

I was in a very serious desperate situation when Debthelper, and especially Carlos Llerena, came to my rescue. He was wonderful to work with. Carlos was very professional and knowledgeable in assisting me in getting my mortgage modified. I can’t said enough about the way I was treated by Mr. Llerena. Great Team - Great Service 2/16/2011

Over the past few years I have struggled with making my credit card payments especially with all the new changes to the "New Terms and Conditions" regarding all my credit cards. Finally I had enough of the struggling and was able to put my mind at ease with the help of Credit Card Management Services. Susan Cammarano and her team put me in a payment program that will save me thousands of dollars over the next few years. They worked with all my creditors lowering my monthly payments and reducing my interests rates. Now I just make one monthly payment to CDMS and they disburse the payments to all my creditors. Loan Modification Help 2/14/2011

After year and a half of confusion, mistakes, and carless handling of the modification process, resulting in foreclosure sale on the part of Wells Fargo, I have turned for help to the Credit Card Management and will always remember that day. With their help, especially Mr. Carlos Llerena, I was able to move forward with my mortgage situation, namely, to be approved for the trial period of the HAMP modification program. Without Mr. Llerena's help I would not be living in my house right now. His resilient spirit and professional advise has benefited my case tremendously. Great Counseling Service 2/13/2011

I was very frustrated dealing with Bank of America. I finally went for help to Credit Card Management Services. Luckily I found Carlos Llerena, a counselor, who helped me with my mortgage issues through to the end, resulting in my getting a final modification. He is an excellent and knowledgeable advisor, and he helped me keep my house. I don’t know what I would have done without his help. I thank God for sending me Mr. Llerena. Debthelpers Credit Counseling 2/13/2011

After two or three clients used Debthelpers for their Credit Counseling, we decided to use them exclusively. They have really been wonderful. Never had to wait more than a day for the certificate to come to us. All the clients that I have ask about debt helpers has said they were extremely helpful. They have all said the people that they spoke with were super nice. As for myself and the Attorney I work for we couldn't be more pleased. We will defiantly be using them for a long time. Great service from Credit Card Management Services 2/10/2011

I have been working with Dept Helpers for almost a year .I still can't believe how easy they have made it to consolidate my credit card debt and lower my interest rates dramatically when I couldn't get any help from the credit card companys on my own. The representative I worked with; Susan Cammanaro, was very professional but compassionate at the same time. She made what I had thought was going to be both an embarassing and probably humiliating experence totally pleasant. Susan was very understanding and through. Calling Debt helpers was one of the best decisions I've ever made. more

I wish to comment on the professional service I received from Dept Helper (CCMS) today, by a very pleasant Representative by the name of Claudia Fehribach. She was most informative and compassionate on my behalf. Made me feel at ease to my making a decision for my benefit in life by enlightening me on all possibilities. I recommend this office and this particular Representative for her tremendous knowledge on the subject and all my questions. Impressive 2/10/2011

I work for two very busy bankruptcy attorneys in Tennessee. It was my goal to find a new Credit Counseling provider. I contacted CCMS re: their Debt Helper Course and I was immediately impressed by the quality of content, the user friendly course and most of all their client friendly staff that has always gone above and beyond to help us and our clients. I have been nothing but pleased with their services. We no longer have excessive wait times for our clients certificates and this is a big deal as some cases must get filed on the spot!
