After year and a half of confusion, mistakes, and carless handling of the modification process, resulting in foreclosure sale on the part of Wells Fargo, I have turned for help to the Credit Card Management and will always remember that day. With their help, especially Mr. Carlos Llerena, I was able to move forward with my mortgage situation, namely, to be approved for the trial period of the HAMP modification program. Without Mr. Llerena's help I would not be living in my house right now. His resilient spirit and professional advise has benefited my case tremendously. I strongly recommend anyone who has neither knowledge of banking or legal system nor the experience in dealing with the bunch of hungry money, careless, and only profit driven corporations, to do yourself a favor and CALL, MAKE AN APPOINTMENT, and speak with CARD MEMBER SERVICES representative to discuss your options and opportunities.
