I am so thankful to have found North Mesa Cornerstone Chiropractic & Wellness Clinic. Dr. Laurie Pavtis and the staff there (Victor, Emily, Stephanie, Grace & Claudia) are all exceptional in the way they do their jobs. From the greeting when I walk in the door to the treatment of my issues to the pleasant "Have a good day!" - I was always treated with respect, care, concern and gentleness. My first visit to the North Mesa clinic was "memorable" to say the least and everyone there stepped up to help me over the last 6 weeks to recover. I am a snow bird and without a doubt, I will be back next winter for my chiropractic/therapeutic massage/PT care with Dr. Laurie and her staff. Torn rotator cuff muscles are no small inconvenience. At 55 yrs old, this was the worst pain I had ever experienced. The hospital prescribed narcotic pain medication that did not take away the pain; it only made me sleep. A friend took me to see Dr. Cary. an excellent place to get fixed. a very friendly yet professional staff from the time you walk in. they have 2 massage therapist who are both excellent. a physical therapist that really knows what he's doing and how your body is suppose to work. and then there is Dr. Nicole she's not your standard chiropractor she uses the holistic approach I have to admit I was a little skeptical at first but after a couple of visits I am sold on her method she is very very good at what she does and I highly recommend her! and the rest of the staff more

I originally went to Cornerstone Wellness Center (the Val Vista office) for an acute injury. I was treated with genuine consideration for the pain I was suffering. I received a chiropractic adjustment, a therapeutic massage, and physical therapy. I have been seeing Dr. Jason Loth and his staff for about 8 weeks. Each time I leave feeling better and better. I had pre-existing injuries which had a negative effect on my current situation. Those issues have been addressed as well. Dr. Loth and his staff are considerate, professional, and helpful. Questions are readily answered and treatment is explained thoroughly. I highly recommend Dr. Jason Loth and Cornerstone Wellness Center. more

I was having severe chronic neck and back pain that was preventing me from working. I made an appointment with Dr Nicole Loli. Its been just a month now and my chronic pain is gone and what's left is becoming a thing of the past. The whole staff makes you feel like one of the family and has been great at treating the problems from a holistic approach which I feel has helped in an expedited recovery. Lulu is great at getting schedules worked out. Here bubbly personality is uplifting every time I walk in the door. Henry is great with his vast years of experience for physical therapy options and has great bed side manner. Wouldn't be getting my mobility and flexibility without ya sir!! I have been to both Christina and Sabra for massages and both listen to your issues and tailor the treatment for that day rather than a cookie cutter massage approach. You gals are so great I always know I'll walk out with a massage-high as i like to call it. And lets not forget the good Dr Nicole. She is always wanting to know how you feel each time you walk in and how the holistic approach is progressing. She has great bedside manner and is genuinely concerned on your well-being. She too tailors treatment to wear the trouble spots are instead of just the cookie cutter approach. I can't be happier in my choice for a great overall experience in my quest to be pain free. If you are looking for a treatment center that makes you feel like family and truly listens to your issues I would recommend you give this staff a try I think you'll find it a good choice more

My 1 year ol daughter and I have been going to see Dr. Jamie Clouse for about a year now. She is an amazing chiropractor who has so much passion for what she does. Regular chiropractic care with her has does wonders not only for the body but my and my daughters immune systems. She has also been helping to correct a 4 year old injury to my tailbone. It is slowly healing and the weekly adjustments do wonders for managing the pain. Dr. Jamie is the best! more

I suffer from chronic pain and migraines. I always thought I would have to live with chronic pain daily until I met chiropractor Jaime Clouse. Not only is she, professional, has great bedside manner and very knowledgeable about my condition. She was able to assist me in coming up with a weekly program which included , adjustments, and decompression to help relieve the daily aches and pains. She is always available to take my phone calls and helps get me in to the office, if I need to be seen that day. I am very thankful that I found her and her office and I will highly recommend friends and family. more

I wish I would've known Dr. Jamie Clouse for my previous pregnancies. I have always had back issues in all of my pregnancies. I was referred to Dr. Jamie during my 4th pregnancy. I started weekly visits to help with my back and pelvis issues as I was at the point where I couldn't even walk by the end of the day. Not only did I receive relief after my first couple of visits, I had one of the easiest labors ever due to Dr. Jamie assuring my pelvis was in line. I also continued after care as I usually have back and pelvis issues after birth as well. Once again, no issues and getting back to my normal self was a breeze. I even brought in my infant for a pediatric visit. I highly recommend that as well! more

Dr. Loth has been treating me for hip & back pain for several months. Now, I have less pain & more mobility in all my joints. He also referred me to Dr. Spooner who is treating me for internal problems, which is helping to heal my body. The entire staff at Cornerstone Wellness Center are all very caring, knowledgeable in their fields & awesome to work with!! I've been to several Chiropractors & they have, by far, given me the best treatment I've ever had. more

My baby was born prematurely & as a result suffered a severe brain bleed which caused blockage of his cerebral spinal fluid resulting in the placement of a shunt in his brain. I started bringing him to Dr Jamie Clouse for adjustments after she informed me of all the benefits of opening up the spinal pathways. He also had suffered from extreme constipation & with the treatment from Dr Jamie Clouse his bowel movements started becoming more regular& less painful for him. After seeing the wonderful work she did with my baby, I decided to have her adjust my other 3 children in addition to my husband & I. Dr Jamie Clouse is amazing, very compassionate & loving. She has a true calling in her line of work & I'd recommend her to any &everyone. She specializes in pregnant women, infants, & children but is absolutely great with adults as well! more

I had extreme neck and lower back pain. I called to set up an appointment, the front desk staff was so helpful and set me up with Dr. Loli, she is very caring and knowledgeable. I have felt a great improvement in my neck and lower back. I have also had a massage with Christina, she has also help with my pain. I would highly recommend them to anyone. more

I am 74 and hurt my knee when I slipped and twisted my knee on an unavoidable gravel $@!#% while hiking.. I thought my days of carefree (and cane-free) walking were gone. I revisited Dr. Debra Pentz at Cornerstone and in addition to the traditional manipulation of knee (plus ankle and hip), she used a non-invasive cold laser (light) treatment to reduce the swelling and facilitate the natural healing. After a few sessions, she told me that I wouldn't need to return. She was right. My knee is truly pain free and I can even run for short distances, chasing my 4-year-old granddaughter. I would give 10 stars, if I could. more

I preface this review to let others know that as a 44-year old cardiac patient, I have to be especially careful as to what I can and can't do nutritionally, physically, etc. I met Dr. Ioli this last summer, and she has taken my fear of everything and helped me to turn it into courage. I felt that I had so many real issues that I was a medical mess. Some of my issues included major inflammation, anxiety, out-of-control adrenals, menopausal symptoms, insomnia, and basic dietary deficiencies. With the help of Dr. Ioli's nutritional support, I am now off of any anxiety meds, and my hot flashes have ceased (thank goodness!). Working together with patience and persistence, I no longer have inflammation issues which have been contributing to major problems with periocarditis. I am no longer constantly in fear and although my nutrition journey is not done, I no longer feel I have to face it alone. Dr. Ioli is more knowledgeable about nutrition than any medical Dr. I have spoken to. I believe this to be true because it is sincerely a passion of hers. more

I have known Dr. Ioli for a little over four years. She has been at different locations and I always follow her wherever she is practicing. She's the best and knows exactly how to make me feel better and introduced me to the best massage therapist, Christina. With the two of them, I am able to survive in a stressful world! more

I have been with Dr. Ioli since 2006 and words cannot describe how she has changed my life since my car accident. She specializes in gentle activator method using a 10-inch tool that gently puts the bone back in place taking the pressure off the nervous system. Dr. Ioli goes the extra mile by adjusting my feet and hands to include spending as much time as needed on my body. Dr. Ioli truly cares about her patients as she is so different from other chiropractors that I have tried when I lived in the mid-west. more

I started going to Dr. Cary , meny years ago for an extremely large amount of leg and back pain. He was extremely successful in helping me return to a normal life. I will continue to go for adjustments for various other concerns. He keeps me healthy. He also has been seen by other members of my family, and they also feel the same way that I do. I would highly recommend Dr. Cary, especially for any Sport related injuries. more

Dr. Carol Spooner NMD is excellent, through and professional. I was set at ease the first moment I entered her office. Constant consideration of my whole being. The whole body is interrelated and understands that. I have had numerous IV's and she was attentive. more

I've had a talkative stomach for a long time, I started seeing Dr. Ioli and she helped heal my stomach with supplements. Bye, bye tummy problems! I only saw/trusted my chiropractor when I went home to California. I figured it was time to find one in Arizona. Since I saw Dr. Ioli for nutrition I thought I'd also see her for chiropractic, she is great! I really like how she talks with you about what she is doing.
