Not abour Coral. I was at Ed Morse Cadillac Sawgrass before i went to coral. The sales manager there was VERY rude, threatening, and intimidating. I almost went to Lincoln before i found Coral Cadillac. The people at Coral are great and a credit to Cadillac!!!!!!!!!!! more

I want to thank you for both your timely response to my E-Mail and the manner in which you created a satisfied customer. To you I'm sure my concerns were simple ones that you could easily remedy but to me they were genuine and on some levels aggravating. You politely listened as I vented and recognized my problem/s. You then quickly resolved my issue/s to my satisfaction. I hope that my contact with you will aid you in creating a better quality control in similar situations. In this day and age individuals are seldom recognized for doing their jobs, especially upper management. However, I want you to know that you not only did your job but you did it well. Early in 2008, we had some concerns with our Escalade which we expressed to the service team. Almost immediately, we were in touch with the management team at Coral Cadillac, the owner and Detroit. They gave both guidance and options. After several conversations with the team, we were making plans to have a new car delivered to us in Missouri. The dealership stood the test and managed the entire transaction. We have purchased somewhere between 8 and 10 vehicles from Coral for us, our kids and even gave our CSR reservation to our friend in NJ. Because of this and the latest transaction, we will continue to be Coral customers. By the way, as I have mentioned before, eventually our new company in Palm Beach County will need 4 -6 cars for our Mid/Sr. Management people, where do you think we will shop first. more
