I want to thank you for both your timely response to my E-Mail and the manner in which you created a satisfied customer. To you I'm sure my concerns were simple ones that you could easily remedy but to me they were genuine and on some levels aggravating. You politely listened as I vented and recognized my problem/s. You then quickly resolved my issue/s to my satisfaction. I hope that my contact with you will aid you in creating a better quality control in similar situations. In this day and age individuals are seldom recognized for doing their jobs, especially upper management. However, I want you to know that you not only did your job but you did it well.
