I can only say great things about this company, the below reviewers are obsessively not able to talk care of there ""Elderly"" parents themselves and get mad at the companies that can do so. My 74 year old mother-in-law got herself into a big mess with lotteries and sweepstakes, making money schemes and mail order bull. I contacted CBRG, INC and found them VERY helpful and knowledgeable, in talking to as many fraudulent companies that my mother had gotten involved with. They removed her information from targeting mailing lists that I didn't even know existed, Thank you Consumer Benefits GP, I feel that the others in the below reviews would not have done a thing to help there own relatives except write bad, false reviews! more

Over the past decade I have been targeted by foreign companies offering fake lotteries or sweepstakes. I have been mislead by so many until I finally was presented with an opportunity to better my situation. Consumer Benefits Group not only minimized all most all of my phone and mail solicitaions but they have given me peace of mind. Their toll free hotline is 24 hours a day. You will always get a LIVE PERSON 24 HOURS A DAY OR IF YOU DO HAVE TO LEAVE A MESSAGE YOUR CALL IS ALWAYS RETURNED. I have been a member since 2003 and thank the lord that I have their help and suppport. Pros: Prevented me from losing thousands. more

My elderly father-in-law with Altzheimer's was called by the telemarketer for this company and told that his assets were in danger from international theives. He was told the only way to prevent this was to hire them to protect him. He has Altzheimer's and has no way to pay for this. He told them he didn't have a credit card. They told him to go and borrow one, so he went and took his wife's visa card (he is not an authorized user) and gave them the numbers. When the family found out what had happened, they called the company and finally got someone to answer the phone. His wife cancelled the order and they agreed to not charge the card. They did indeed charge the card $398.56. They subsequently have not answered their phone. Cons: Elder Abuser, High presure sales, outrageous fee for nothing. more
