Wine and laptops do not mix!! What a night, I spilled wine in my laptop. I took it to Best Buy and stood in line for what felt like an hour and they told me just to buy a new one and did not even look at it. I then looked on line and took it over to Computer Zone down the road. The man there pulled the keyboard out and said that the wine did not go through to the board and just shorted out the keyboard. He ordered me a new keyboard and now my laptop is fixed and I will never go back to anyone else. more

My husband was using my computer and got a virus by letting some guy into my computer to “fix it”. That is when all hell broke loose. They people locked me out of my own computer and all my data. I was just dead in the water. I called around and only one shop said bring it right in and I did. They looked at it while I waited and told me that they would reload the windows and save my stuff. My family pictures are the most important thing to me. Two days later I had a working computer that was better and faster than before. My husband is still in the dog house Computer zone is great and I will tell everyone that asks me if I know a good computer store. more

My kids stepped on my laptop!! Broke my keyboard and screen. I was not sure if it could be fixed???!!! The guy at the Computer Zone store said to bring it in. When I got there I told him my story and he said he had the parts and could save me some money by using a refurbished keyboard and had me fixed in 2 or so hours. I will come back, but hopefully not because my kids breaking my laptop again! more

I dropped my laptop and broke my screen at the airport on my Florida vacation. I called around and Computer Zone told me they had many screens in stock. I went to the store and he just took the old screen out and replaced it in 20 minutes. What a great service. more

I went to this store and was quickly greeted by a technician and he was very knowledgeable about my problem. He identified my issue as a bad hard drive and gave me a firm and final price that he assured me would not change. The next day I returned and he had my machine ready to go with my data recovery and all my quick books data intact. I was amazed and will return for any of my computer needs. more

These guys came to my house and repaired my computer the same day. I thought I was going to be forced to buy a new laptop. My laptop was just infected with a virus. Computer Zone tech just fixed it and was on his way. Great service and I will tell everyone!!!!!!!!!! more

Saved All My Data!!! 5/24/2011

I thought I lost all my pictures, my hard drive was bad and needed to be replaced. I called all over town for pricing and I found Computer Zone, They replaced my hard drive and reinstalled my windows and saved not just my pictures but all my documents. They did all the work by the next day at half the price I was quoted by other stores. more

Quick Service!! I called for help with a computer problem and a man from computer zone was at my door with in 1 hour and had my problem fixed and he was out the door within 30 minutes. I can not belive it. Great Service more

I WENT TO COMPUTER ZONE AND MY COMPUTER WOULD NOT TURN ON AT ALL. THE OWNER OPENED THE COMPUTER UP AND REPLACE THE POWER SUPPLY AND I HAD A WORKING COMPUTER WHILE I WAITED. NOW THAT IS SERVICE. more

Scam Artist 10/23/2008

Scam Artist\r \r I asked this guy to rebuild my computer. I'm poor so I gave him 3 motherboards, three power supplies, several ram sticks, a flat screen monitor and a printer/scanner to help offset the cost. I was charged the normal price.\r \r I told him I need a fat and fast machine for my visual/audio work. He left me with 512MB of ram, if I didn't give him all my ram I could install more. Adobe Premiere cant take it.\r \r The machine came back with no sound. He said bring it in it cost's nothing to look at it then I get a call stating he installed a sound card and was charging me for it! I told him I had no money, he pulled it out. My neighbor said he pulled the same scam on him.\r \r This guy is a scammer! HE WILL BEND YOU OVER ND RIP YOU TO PIECES! HE HAS NO CONCEPT OF CUSTOMER SERVICE! STAY AWAY FROM HIM! Cons: Doesn't listen, don't get what you pay for more
