best carpet guy ever 3/30/2011

len creech with complete carpet care did the BEST job cleaning our 10 year old carpets. they now look completely new. he took great care in communicating our options with our old carpet, and spent great care in cleaning them. he is very professional and trustworthy. we left him in our house all day long to do his magic. i would recommend him to anyone and will definitely plan to use him again. his prices were very reasonable and our carpets look brand new. he knows what he is doing. he is the BEST!!! more

Thank you Complete Carpet Care! 2/28/2011

This is the first time in eleven years that I had my carpet professionally cleaned. Len was very thorough with his estimate and explanation of his methods and process. He told me that once I received the written estimate that I could choose which services I wanted him to complete. There was no pressure and no upselling to do more than what I felt comfortable with. He answered all my questions regarding my carpets and how best to maintain them. \r \r I appreciated the fact that Len protected the floor surfaces with towels before placing his equipment in the kitchen. He also was careful to wipe his feet every time he went from the wet carpet to my hardwood floors.\r \r Once the carpet was cleaned he placed an industrial fan to dry the carpet overnight. He returned the next day to pick up the fan and asked if I had any further questions or concerns. He seemed very concerned about my satisfaction.\r \r Len is very knowlegeable about his job and I am very happy with his work. I rate his overall service an ""A"". His price was worth the job well done.\r \r more

THE best carpet cleaner anywhere...bar none! 2/10/2011

Len Creech and Complete Carpet Care have the market captured. There is not another company around that can compete with Len's knowledge, attention to detail and most important, his results. He is a true professional who does what he says he will do. There is no job too small or too big. He shows up on time and stays until the job is finished...to the client's satisfaction! When it is time for your carpets to be cleaned, don't waste your time calling anyone else. Len is THE BEST! more

len did an Outstanding job. The other company's that I used were in and out in a few hours, With this company, It is an all day thing. Which lets me know they are much more thorough. Incredible job again 1/26/2011

Well I have been using complete carpet care llc for years in both my personal residence as well as my rental properties. I am always amazed at Len's knowledge of carpet. We had an area that needed to be cleaned and I hate to admit I was thinking he wouldn't be able to get it clean, but as always he did. He has managed to extend the life of all my carpets and for that I am so greatful. I cannot recomend complete carpet care llc enough..... more

Nashville's Best Carpet Cleaning 1/25/2011

Extremely worth every penny spent! Very responsive to voice mails, had the date available that I needed the carpets cleaned and very very punctual. My cats loved riding on the shampooer! A lot of pride was taken in cleaning my carpets and it definitely shows! I will be using Complete Carpet Care again in the future...so should you! more

Complete Carpet Care, LLC 1/20/2011

Our firm has been using Mr. Creech for ~ 8 years; he cleans our office carpet in highly trafficked areas, some spot cleaning, expensive oriental rugs, and conference chairs and does an incredible job.The owners of the firm feel he does such a great job at the office they use him for personal carpet cleaning. He is highly professional, ethical and keeps his word; when he says he can clean it and it will look better than 100% it truly does. We will continue to use Mr. Creech's services for as long as they are needed. more

I will always use Complete Carpet Care 1/19/2011

Our daughter had spilled Frappuccino drinks in two of our sports cars on separate occasions. As you can imagine, the spills stained the floor board carpet in our cars. We called Complete Carpet Care to clean the interior carpets. Len, the owner, was prompt, courteous and professional in our dealings with him. Bottom line, he did what exactly what he promised. After he was through, our carpets were spotless and looked better than they had ever looked! The end result was well worth the cost we paid for the service. We will continue to use his company should our daughter (or our pets) have any more accidents in our cars or in our home. He did a fabulous job. more

Awesome experience with Len at my dental office. Heavily trafficed area looks just like the carpet was replaced rather than just cleaned. Highly recommend Complete Carpet Care. He will take his time and make sure you are pleased with the results before he leaves. more

Len Creech is simply the most knowledgable, the most thorough, and the most meticulous person there is when it comes to carpet cleaning. No one has ever got my carpets as thoroughly clean as he has. He takes great pride in what he does (with good reason). He's simply the best and I will never use anyone else! more

Carpet and rug cleaning 12/17/2010

I used Complete Carpet Care to clean two area rugs. They were very dirty and had dog urine stains and a horrible smell. In fact they were smelling up my whole condo. Mr. Creech came and picked up the carpets - moved all the furniture then put the furniture back. They came back with no smell and very clean. I'm very pleased with the job. more

Carpet & rug cleaning 12/13/2010

Complete Carpet Care did carpet and rug cleaning with a protective coating to prevent future damage. I called Complete Carpet Care at the last minute to clean the carpet in my new house before we moved in. The service was great. He accommodated me by quickly responding and was very professional. In addition to the wonderful job of cleaning our dirty carpet, Mr. Creech applied a coating to help prevent future dirt and stains. A week later, our dog threw up on the carpet. The spots were so easy to clean thanks to the protective coating. more

Very Happy 12/13/2010

Complete Carpet Care deep cleaned the carpet in the master bedroom, spot cleaned several difficult stains, and applied a stain guard to prevent stains in the future. We used Len to clean the carpets in the entire house before we bought it and he did an excellent job. I've never met a carpet cleaning professional who takes more pride in his/her work. Len is the comsummate professional. He came to the house to provide a quote and discuss the work (even though this was only a small job) and stuck to his quote. He completely removed several stains from our cats which we could not get out. He applied a sealant which will hopefully make it resistant to stains in the future. We'll have to see how that goes. Once again, I am completely satisfied with Len and Complete Carpet Care. more

Complete Carpet Care owner Len Creech is totally knowledgeable, trustworthy, and professional. \r \r He covered all areas - removed oil spots and heavy dirt from a very large room and stairs, leaving the carpets clean. He has studied his profession and took time to remove stains that other carpet cleaning companies left. He also helped in understanding choices for a carpet purchase decision in another house. \r \r Thanks to his professional cleaning services, we are enjoying our carpet environment!! more

Very helpful and informed 12/9/2010

We inquired to get an estimate on the cleaning of a sofa in our living room. I mentioned we had an ""insurance"" policy purchased from where we bought the sofa. Len reviewed the policy and walked us through how to contact that company and the questions to ask. The other vendor cleaned the sofa but Len came back to the house to inspect their work to ensure we received quality service. Although we did not have our sofa cleaned by Complete Carpet, Len was very knowledgeable about fabrics and answered questions on what would be the best carpet material to purchase given we have cats and dogs. more

Best Carpet Cleaner Ever. 11/19/2010

Len has cleaned my carpets in my business and home. I could not believe his attention to detail and the fact that he really wanted me to have the cleanest carpets possible. I have used Chem Dry and Stanley Steemer. Both company's took about 1/10th of the time that Len did and the stains came back very quickly. It would be hard to find a person that understands carpet and fabrics better than Len. I highly recommend this company. more

Len Creech has done a superior job on area rug restoration. The rugs were somewhat damaged in the flood, and Len was able to clean them and restore them to like new condition. They look great. Len was prompt, polite, and did a fabulous job. more

Carpet, upholstery and area rug cleaning 11/14/2010

On 11/4/10 Complete Carpet Care cleaned 3 bedroom carpets, an area rug in my living room and a wing-backed chair. They did a fantastic job! One bedroom carpet I was reluctant to have cleaned, as I felt is wasn't very dirty. I walked in while they were cleaning that carpet and the water coming out of the carpet was black. Half of the room was one color and the half that had been cleaned was another color. My carpets are brighter and look brand new again. I will only hire Complete Carpet Care in the future. They are just outstanding compared to other carpet cleaning companies I've used in the past. more

Calling them ""Carpet Cleaners"" isn't good enough! 11/10/2010

I could go on and on about their professionalism (such a pleasant surprise from other cleaners), their thoroughness (every square inch was attended to), and their knowledge of their field (I dare you to find a question they can't answer!), but what you really want to know is, ""Can they clean dirty carpets?"" In a word? ""You-bet-your-sweet-bippy!"" more
