Best Carpet and Rug Cleaning Ever 11/4/2010

We had given our carpets up for dead, and the rugs had been tagged for replacement. Len Creech worked his magic - in fact, I've never seen anybody work so hard to be sure that everything was cleaned perfectly. After all was done, the carpets have a new lease on life and the rugs invite me to come dig my toes in. His price is a little over some of the others, but his results are miles ahead. He saved us a lot of money in replacement flooring! more

Area rug cleaned 10/27/2010

I had a very dirty area rug in my living room. I gave a call to Mr. Creech with Complete Carpet Care because of the excellent work he has done with the common area carpet in the building in which I live. He was very informative about the cleaning process of my wool rug, and gave me different cleaning options, explaining the method and price of each. We made an appointment for him to come over and inspect the rug. He gave me a pair of glasses to wear while he sprayed a chemical on the rug to determine if it had pet urine spots on it, which if it did, would require a special type of cleaning. With the glasses on, I could see different spots illuminated, but none were liquid stains. We decided on the method of cleaning, he took the rug, had it cleaned and returned to me in a timely manner. Best Carpet Cleaner in the Nashville area! 10/7/2010

Our sister is a client and has her carpets cleaned by them and is so happy with them. So when my husband and I wanted to get our carpets cleaned before we moved into our new home, the first company we thought of was Complete Carpet Care, LLC. We are SO happy that we did! Len was amazing! He came out to the house when it was convienent for us to give us a cost estimate. They have special tools that show stains that are not ""visible"". We had urine stains on our master bedroom carpet and would not have really known if he didn't point it out; we also opted to have our carpets protected. This company is very thorough, it's almost as if they have a passion for carpets. We will ALWAYS use them anytime we need our carpets cleaned! more

very satisfied 10/7/2010

Complete Carpet Care cleaned one wool area rug in my den, master bedroom, master bath, master closet, guest bedroom, office & removed one spot in bonus room - all carpeted. Len Greech was on time, fairly expensive, but I trusted him to do a good job. He devoted a lot of time giving me an estimate and did not pressure me. He went the ""extra mile"" while on the job. I did get other estimates. He had been recommended by two friends. I will hire him again. more

carpet cleaning 10/7/2010

I was originally referred to Complete Carpet Care by my neighbor Ms. Deathridge. Len with Complete Carpet Care cleaned my master bedroom and master bath. He came and gave me a quote after doing an inspection. He scheduled the job on a day that was good for me. He did a very good job. I was very pleased. i have used him before. I will use him again in the future. more

Wow, good as new carpet 10/5/2010

My part time home at Encore came with horribly stained carpet from the previous owner. I added to the mess by sitting a puppy over Christmas until she could be delivered to her new owner. So I have to say the carpet would have won a 'Total Disaster"" award. Then came Len....he was very detailed in explaining his billing process because I truly needed additional services, I agreed and done! He had to make at least three trips but when I got back in town I was amazed at the quality of the job my carpet looked and, more importantly, smelled good as new.\r Yes, he asked for a reference, that's good business. I am more than happy to recommend his services. more

Len came highly recommended as a very good carpet cleaner....and we were not disappointed! He was very professional and thorough from the details of the quote and cleaning to be done to the actual cleaning....pre-treated everything based on the kind of stains. We were thrilled with how clean the carpet is! The 10 year old carpet looks great with several years wear still left! Highly recommend Complete Carpet Care to anyone needing carpets cleaned! Complete Carpet Care LLC 9/23/2010

Len was refered to me by another owner of a condo unit in the Encore. My unit is a rental unit, and you know what that means. The carpet had lots of drinks spills, including wine. When the job was complete, the carpet looked like new. I was very pleased with Len's work and look forward to working with him in the future. more

Complete Carpet Care Keeps Us Safe 9/8/2010

We've used this company for the last six years and couldn't be happier. Len takes such very good care of our home. He's very, very thorough, moves all the furniture, cleans everything with a fine toothed comb (literally!). Our carpets look like new every time he visits. He's revived carpet I thought we'd replace 6 years ago. The Teflon coating is definitely worth the extra expense. I've used Stanley Steamer in the past, but never again. I could run a water hose over my carpet myself and get the same result. Len is a true professional and takes making my home safe and clean his number one priority. more

He was knowledgable, professional and removed all the stains and spots. He also applied teflon to prolong the life of the carpet . I will use this service again. more

Excellent, Quality Service 8/29/2010

We have been homeowners for 15 years and have used several companies over the years to clean our carpets. No other company can compare to the quality of carpet cleaning that we receive from Complete Carpet Care. We have used them exclusively for the past 3 years and recommend them to all of our family and friends. Len has managed to get out red wine stains, pet urine stains, even RUST from our dogs crate. In the past, we would often see stains resurface several weeks following a cleaning. With Len's service, our carpets look brand new. As a matter of fact, we are able to postpone replacing the 13 year old carpets in our home for another 2 years thanks to the GREAT JOB, Len and Complete Carpet Care did!!! more

The BEST!!!!!!!!! Incredible job!!!!! 8/9/2010

My carpet now looks brand new! It's perfect!!!! I was embarressed to even call about getting it clean- there were so many stains, and it was really dirty- thought I should just have it replaced, but decided to try this company. Len was timely, courteous and exceptionally knowledgeable. He spent ALL day and got out every spot, after moving everything and cleaning every speck of carpet. He was meticulous and ultra-professional! He was extremely good to my cats, too, and even left industrial fans overnight to make sure the carpet was dried completely, and when he came back in the morning, found other tiny spots I hadn't even noticed and got them up! He also offered to re-arrange the furniture, and put everything back just where it was (or where I asked him). I am absolutely thrilled- and every single person who has come to my house has raved about how good it looks! I have told EVERYONE to use him, and I will ONLY use Complete Carpet Care in the future! I wish I could find more people like him to work for me! more

Worst customer service experience ever, by far. Unprofessional, unethical, and simply horrible. They should be named ""Incomplete Carpet Care""....of course, the word ""Care"" is used in the loosest sense of the word. How do people like this stay in business!? Pros: They have a phone number. Has anyone noticed besides me that the owner Len Creech on 11/19/2004 gave himself a positive review. I guess he just needs to toot his own horn from time to time. If he will be dishonest about this I wonder what else he will lie about? Pros: duno Cons: not too honest more

Above and Beyond! 1/20/2005

Len cleaned my playroom carpet, which I had all but decided was not salvagable. I was shocked when I found that the carpet actually looked brand new! It was expensive, but I had gotten a quote to replace the carpet, and that was $1200. Having it cleaned cost about one-sixth of that, and it was certainly worth every penny. The service they provide is as good as the quality of cleaning. Len accidentally ran through our yard with his van. He offered to have it fixed, but my husband and he worked out a deal. Len cleaned the carpet in my husband's car and my husband fixed the yard himself. See, above and beyond!! Pros: Courteous, Great Quality more

Great Job! 11/19/2004

I thought that the wool rug in our baby's room was ruined. It had a huge spot of baby oil, awful traffic marks, and a red stain right in the middle. Complete Carpet Care treated it and not only does it look brand new, but it's been treated with a stain guard as well. I couldn't be happier with the level of quality and customer service that Len gave us. I will continue to use Complete Carpet Care in the future and feel 100% confident about recommending them to my friends and family. Pros: courteous, knowlegable, thorough more

they told me they wanted to provide the most outstanding service experience ever. they did! their education, experience, equipment, technology and reputation make them one of the best in middle tennessee in my opinion. price is a con but you definitely get what you pay for with this company. please look at the comments under bill flemmings 8/31/07 review as related to this review.
