The filters I bought apparently are too high quality because I have to bend them slightly to fit in the filter holder, was told to buy cheaper filters that bend easier. Doesn't make sense to me. Installers left spare parts on roof after install, didn't know if they were needed or left over. more

Thank you for contacting Home Depot on the $500 gift card. They e -mailed me the card within a week. When we originally spoke, I asked for Mike Xavier's cell phone number (which I still need). The one I had (480-620 6793) is no longer in service. I wanted to contact him to arrange the replacement of my Rheem 75 gal. gas hot water heater through Home Depot. I would like to have this done in mid-March. more

I believe I was sold a bill of goods for cleaning the air ducts and coils. The whole bill was like $800. I told them I found very little dust on the air filter - but it is best to have the ducts and coils cleaned so you say. When it was done, he said very little was found. more

Very professional. Finished the job before the time. The initial time frame they gave was 2 weeks but they got a slot open due to cancellation and they moved us up and finished the job 2 weeks earlier. They made sure that heating unit looks good (aesthetically) even though it was in garage. more

Thank you for asking my opinion regarding the installation of our new water heater. We were very pleased with the installation and the service technician that made the install. The hot water heater is functioning well. The service technician did a great job of cleaning the work area upon completion of the installation. We would definitely recommend Delta Mechanical to someone who needed your services. The only issue from this experience was the fact that we were promised an E-Mailed copy of the final receipt by the person who setup this installation for Delta Mechanical. My water heater went out on me on a Saturday night, so early Sunday morning I went to the local Home Depot to buy one. Home Depot called the installer, Delta Mechanical, and let me speak to a representative. I set the install for Monday because Delta rep said it was an additional $100 to do it on Sunday. That was the only downside to an otherwise good transaction and good fast install. more
