I have lived here 12 years 3/12/2009

I have lived at Circle Tree first as a renter then I purchased my own unit 12 years later I am still here. I have raised my daughter here and never had one worry. The community is very friendly and it is in a crime free zone. The HOA and the Management takes exceptional care of the property, there is always some one mowing the grass or cleaning up around the place. Any time I have ever had a problem like a very small leak coming from the roof the staff took care of it right away. The maintenance guys are awesome when I had the little leak they went up on the roof when it was still raining,now that's service. \r \r Pros: Crime free clean complex Cons: small HOA fee more

You just cant beat Circle Tree Condominiums! Clean,clean,clean Community with every amenity you could ever ask for. Super nice HOA who takes great care of all the maintenance and the common areas. The property has awesome lighting for safety and covered parking for each unit. The HOA fees are more than affordable and covers almost everything. Best Place To Live In Mesa 3/12/2009

This is a nice place to live, I have been here for the past 6 months. I just rent but the place is very quiet unlike my old apartment complex. I will never live in an apartment after living in a condo, all apartment complexes care about is money. Since each unit is owned by an individual owner who can receive fines if their tenants/renters are loud or shady it makes a huge difference.\r \r Pros: Crime Free more

clean well maintained complex 3/11/2009

I like it here at Circle Tree its clean well maintained and very quiet. I have great neighbors that are respectful and polite. There are a couple of rental units here but all renters have to have criminal background checks as part of the crime free community regulations. There have been a couple of bad renters but the association gets rid of them very quickly. Small dogs under 20 pounds are allowed but they have to be walked to designated pet areas to do their business. All and all this is a very well managed HOA where the rules are enforced but you are still allowed to breath unlike a lot of HOA's Pros: Crime Free more

SnowBirds Love Circle Tree 3/11/2009

Just wanted to share with everyone the great experience we had here at Circle Tree Condominiums. We found an advertisement for a vacation condominium on the Internet. We live in Ohio and came here to Arizona to thaw out for the winter. Everyone here was so nice to us including Andrew and Dave who work in the office. They showed us our parking space gave us our parking permits and even walked me to my car when it was dark at outside. The owner of the unit Vicki was also so sweet and so kind we just couldn't have asked for anything more. We can't wait to return next year and join our new friends at Circle Tree! Ok I do apologize I should have never written those bad things about the management. I was very upset because I received a $25 fine in the mail for a violation I should have taken care of months ago. Very nice place 3/11/2009

Ok not all of us old people are mean and I was very upset about what some older gentleman wrote about the management. Andrew has been the best manager that I can remember and I have been here for over 11 years now. Employees mean? outside of the manager they only have one maintenance person, the pools and the grounds are professionally groomed by a landscaping company and a pool company. I have no idea what the heck this old buzzard is talking about. I guess all the people like me who write nice things about Circle Tree are wrong and this guy is somehow right? Glad I got the email today about his misguided posting on this site. I hope everyone finds out who he is and gives him what for when they see him. Shame on you old timer you give the rest of us older folks a bad name. You should take down or edit your post and apologize to your neighbors. This is one of the better places I have ever lived! It's amazingly quiet and talk about clean the employees are super nice and very accommodating. I have lived here for several years now and I think the HOA does an excellent job as well as the awesome management team. We sure are very happy we chose to purchase our home at Circle Tree! Circle Tree Rocks! 3/5/2009

I agree with Whatever461 Since the new management has taken over this place it has improved by leaps and bounds. The old management company who ran the place let it run down and were arrested for fraud and fleecing several other HOA's in the valley. When the old Management company took over everyone here felt like we were in prison. I take offence to the notion that I am 29 years old and this old dust bag wants to turn it into ""A RETIREMENT COMMUNITY"" If he wanted to live in a retirement community the old bag of bones should have purchased one there. We too are sorry you purchased here as we have no use for crusty old people who write garbage about our community and want to oust people because of their youth. If you are afraid of the management it must be because you give them a reason ,they have always been cool with me. Sure I parked my vehicle without a parking permit on it when I first moved in and got my car towed, but that was my own fault for not paying attention to all the mammoth signs posted at the gates that say in big letters PARKING BY PERMIT ONLY. I wonder if this old fool realizes posting junk like this on the Internet only lowers the value of his own home, what a tool . ""Well at least the old badger admits the place is clean and nice"". No Bullies Here! 3/3/2009

This guy must be kidding! Thank God for the Management team at Circle Tree they have made this a wonderful place to live. Well I see some old koot must have written this as there is no way legally to turn this into a retirement community. I love the diversity of young and old living here that's what makes it Circle Tree. And what the heck is he talking about the management being bullies? They go out of their way to be nice and have addressed any issues I have ever had in a very polite manner. Sure there are a few rules and there simple rules at that. Maybe this old cranky codger should go to Shady Archers Rest Home if he wants a retirement community to live in, its quite apparent he is getting old and grouchy. Who is Charles? I have never seen anyone named Charles. I think the poster may have written a review about the wrong place, could be he is getting senile or something. Trust me people this is a nice place to live and is crime free and safe thanks to the management. There are no bullies here, someone needs his diaper changed. Prisoner at circle tree! 2/24/2009

Circle tree is not quite what these people make it out to be. I wish I never bought a condo here. The management is in severe need of change. A lot of residents here including myself feel as if we are stuck here because of the economy. The management and the employees are BULLIES! I am always afraid the management is going to come after me next. And when they come after you they are ruthless. They will come after you and make you miserable in your own home. This ""wonderful"" community would be better off if it were turned into a retirement community. The best thing about Circle tree is Charles. He keeps the grounds outside clean and is so nice. I love my condo at Circle Tree. The excellent staff along with the well kept grounds will make its value soar. Yes the rules are a little strict and yes they make you keep your place up but thats the way it should be. Anyone like us who invested in this property will see a handsome return in th future. Its Clean and It's Safe 1/19/2009

Sweet Condos ! I just moved here from LA and bought my first home at Circle Tree. I see why the realtor billed the property as ""Resort Style Living"" The place is a little older then some other places I looked at but they were a lot less $$$$. Lots of pools great tennis court, handball court, basketball courts, and club house. I dig the cabanas in the court yards with the BBQ Grills. What I am very happy with is the nice grounds and the quiet. The onsite manager Andrew was so cool, he took me on a tour of the grounds and showed me where everything was including my own covered parking was.
