Although this may be an overlooked task, I feel that I must bring to your attention the outstanding customer service I receive by your representative, Mr. l\:!ike Callahan.\r On Thursday, May, 6, I attempted to leave work, only to find that my car would not start. A colleague successfully jumped my battery and I headed to Champion. Upon reaching the stop light at 96th and Zionsville, my car died again. I called Champion and Mr. Callahan was sent to my assistance. His professional and courteous attitude, expert knowledge,md patience in handling my car problems were very importanito -my complete customer satisfaction.\r While I knoW'that Champion Chrysler strives to provide 5 star ratings for the customer\r service it provides; I 'feel like Mr. Callahan went above and beyond. I'm sure the last thing Mr. Callahan wanted to do at the end ofhis day was to provide roadside assistance for a Champion customer. i would like to take a few minutes ofyour time and thank youfor all your help today and the last week oftrying to get my dodge truck fixed. i know at times things can feel almost impossible to repair and how hard it is to find the problems. i would also like to thank your employee's catt and alvin. they continued to keep me iY!formed ofthe progress ofthe repair and and how things were going. i know it's been an unusual problem that no one .~ seems to understand but the work that catt and alvin have done so far go way beyond what i experienced from past service stations and repair shops. you should be proud ofthose two employee's as well as all ofyour crew in the service dept. everyone i have come in contact with has gone out oftheir way to be friendly and very helpful, not only with me but everyone i've watched coming in the four day's I've spent there. again, i thank you and especially calt and alvin for all there help. i will make sur¢ that all myfamily andfriends know just how nice and helpful your dept. has been with me.l also thank you aga{nfor providing me w.ith a rental truck while mine is being repaired. more

I had several phone calls with John (Lutane) to try and figure out what was wrong with my 2010 Jeep. He was very polite, interested and did not rush me to end the call. Most times when I call someplace I tend to feel like they (men) don't want to waste time telling a female something. Made me feel that he cared and was interested in helping me. When I called back to schedule a time to bring my Jeep in, John again took the time and explained the drop box outside so I could leave it before opening hours. Kat was nice enough to come out and take my keys even though it was before 7:00.\r Later in the afternoon I got a call from John and he explained what was done to my Jeep and I liked the printed profile I received when I picked up my Jeep later in the day. And it was so nice to see myoid family friend Bill Boggess working, he is such a nice guy.\r I chose to come to Champion 1. because of the location, close to my work. 2. A co-worker and his wife\r (Doug & Kelly Wood) purchased a vehicle at Champion recently and gave rave reviews.\r I will definitely return to Champion, not for the 2 reasons stated above but because I received such wonderful service. more

The Service Department Will Take Advantage of You 2/23/2012

I dropped my car off on Saturday for an oil change and for some guidance on a check engine light, and a squeaky belt. Apparently the service department tried to contact me several times, but couldn't reach me due to their inability to write my phone number down properly. I called in after the service department had closed, and so had to go without my car for the weekend. I was irritated, but understood that accidents can occur. It gets much worse. Monday morning I arrive to find out I have been charged $165 to run ""diagnostics"" on the check engine light, and belt. This is a service I'd expect for free before I pay for parts and labor, but not with their organization. Any other reputable business would have treated this as an opportunity to gain my business. I have bought multiple cars from Champion, have referred friends and relatives, and have specifically requested that your organisation handle accident repairs on my vehicles. But after this weekend I'm going to make it a personal mission to show the online and offline community just how rotten a community citizen your organization is. I've never been more taken advantage of, and for $165. more

DO NOT BUY FROM CHAMPION 11/1/2011

I recently bought a Town and Country from Champion Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge. The General Manager, Barry, lived up to the reputation of ""used car salesman"". Prior to buying my vehicle I was told I would be eligible for the VIP program for life by my salesman which included free oil changes. This was one of my deciding factors since my payment was about $20 more /month than I wanted. I felt this perk off set the difference in the monthly payment. Upon signing the final paperwork, I was then informed that I was only eligible for 1 year of the VIP Program. My salesman was new so they called him into the ofice to inform him of his mistake. They did not offer to honor what I was told, which was disappointing. Another concern was that after a test drive I questioned whether the van had blue tooth capabilities. My job has me on the road quite a bit so this feature was very important to me. My salesman was unsure about this feature so asked the General Manager, Barry. Barry assured me the van had this feature even after I pointed out that when I pressed the Uconnect button a message popped up that said it was not connected. Barry said it just needed to be reprogrammed and instructed me to come in the next day to have someone set me up. When I returned with the van, I was informed it did not have Blue Tooth capabilities. Barry denied telling me it had the feature. The salesman then offered to pay for a blue tooth from Fry Electronics out of his pocket. Barry never came out to apologize or offer a solution when I confronted him further on this subject he went as far as to hang up on me when I caught him in a web of lies he wove over the past 2 weeks. I would NOT recommend buying a vehicle from Champion. I have to question the Integrity of a business that has such a person in a manager position. I am not sure how he sleeps at night making a living out of deceiving people. more

Hello! Thank you very much. Brian and I are getting used to our new vehicles. We both really like the Liberty and Dodge trucks we purchased. I would like to say thank you for your quick response to me on Monday when I visited the website. You were very responsive in getting back with me and getting an appointment set up for Brian and I to test drive the vehicles. In addition, I want to thank Ron Stone who was with us from 5pm until after midnight on Monday night. He went on test rides with both Brian and I and survived riding with me. ? He was also very helpful and did his best in getting me a good deal for my new Liberty. We came in yesterday so I could give him the title to my old vehicle and Ron was very helpful in explaining the vehicle functions to both Brian and I. I also would like to thank Anthony, the Sales Manager. While Ron was working with me on getting everything set up on my Jeep Liberty, Anthony worked with Brian in getting him a good deal on the 2010 Dodge truck. This service department is the most professional, impressively run shop I have ever been in. The service advisor kept me informed through the entire process. He even provided an inspection report card. It provided information on maintenence that had been performed as well as what would be needed in the future. This kind of information helps someone on a budget, (like me), prepare for upcoming expenses my vehicle will require, instead of being blind-sided by them. Champion's prices were very reasonable. You can't beat a $20 oil change! They even washed my car at their on-site carwash. I would recommend this service department to anyone, no matter what make of vehicle they own. Keep up the great work Champion! more

We have purchased two vehicles from Champion Jeep Dealership. They sell mostly Chrysler products. My dad works at Chrysler in Kokomo as a cuttergrinder, so we get the ""green slip"" discount whenever we purchase a new vehicle. Sometimes, this means we get shoddy service, but Steve has always been very accommodating and pleasant with us. In 2007, we bought a black four door soft top Jeep Wrangler. We LOVE the car and have named it ""JW"". It has also held value. This year, we went back when it was time for me to purchase an SUV, since our family grew. We test drove and fell in love with the Dodge Journey. Steve was busy with another customer when we arrived, so he told us to take it out for as long as we wanted, so we drove it around and went to dinner before returning. It was definitely the car we wanted to buy, but we needed it in white, with a few other amenities that the one on the lot did not have. He searched in his system and had one brought in from Evansville so that I could get everything I wanted. He also told us there was an extra incentive of $2K off the vehicle (on top of my green slip) he could offer us, so we got a hell of a deal on the Journey! He was always really easy to work with. They only get 4 stars, b/c both times we had bought a vehicle, their finance department screwed up the paperwork, requiring us to return and sign more papers days after we had driven off the lot. This time they had put the WRONG name of the car on the documents, and since it was my work vehicle and I have to send all the paperwork into my company, there was a delay on the approvals since we had to go back in and re-sign the loan papers. That is just a dumb inconvenience and tainted an otherwise perfect car buying experience. All in all, though....I highly recommend them if you are looking for a Chrysler, Dodge or Jeep vehicle. They are easy to work with and relaxed. Downside - WHY does it take 5-7 hours to complete a car transaction. This is the third car in five years we have bought and it just seems insane to me how long it takes? Anyway...check them out for your next car purchase if you are into American car choices. more
