Although this may be an overlooked task, I feel that I must bring to your attention the outstanding customer service I receive by your representative, Mr. l\:!ike Callahan.\r
On Thursday, May, 6, I attempted to leave work, only to find that my car would not start. A colleague successfully jumped my battery and I headed to Champion. Upon reaching the stop light at 96th and Zionsville, my car died again. I called Champion and Mr. Callahan was sent to my assistance. His professional and courteous attitude, expert knowledge,md patience in handling my car problems were very importanito -my complete customer satisfaction.\r
While I knoW'that Champion Chrysler strives to provide 5 star ratings for the customer\r
service it provides; I 'feel like Mr. Callahan went above and beyond. I'm sure the last thing Mr. Callahan wanted to do at the end ofhis day was to provide roadside assistance for a Champion customer. I hope his exceptional customer service will be recognized by Champion and I hope that you will pass my thanks on to him.
