This morning I made a call to this business. I dialed the number and waited for someone to answer the phone. \r

When a young lady answered the phone I hear, ""hello."" She sounded half asleep so I assumed that I dialed the wrong number. \r

So I ask, ""Hello, I was trying to reach champion air conditioning. Did I dial the wrong number?”\r
\r
""No, this is Champion.""\r
\r
(Long pause)\r
\r
So I go ahead and say to this woman, ""Ok, I wanted to know what I have to do to have you guys come out and service my air conditioner.""\r
\r
Her response, ""Ask.""\r
\r
I went ahead and let her know I would be going with someone else. It appears from the other reviews that these company has a very good rating with customer service and repair, but I couldn't get pass the initial contact so I went with someone else. \r

That company answered the phone and said, ""Hi, thanks for calling _________. How can we help you today?""\r
