When we were closing on our house, we hired Champion AC to do some maintenance work on inspection items regarding our air conditioning. I had heard a lot about Champion AC and knew that they were very reputable. Also, some friends of ours had used them for installation and had good things to say about their service. They were a great company to work with, very prompt and professional in handling the whole thing. They also were very quick and did everything that we had asked. more

The customer service was prompt from the time I placed my call until the job was complete. I'm totally satisfied with there appearance, professionalism and workmanship. I recommend them to anyone that is in need of a/c repair or servic. more

My experience with Champion AC has been excellent. They are a very professional company to work with. I first heard about them a year ago because they are part of a network that I work closely with. I have used them for repair service as well as coil replacement. I appreciate their willingness to stay after-hours and be available to me 24/7. They also are very detail-oriented. I was pleasantly surprised. Very affordable and personable. 8/28/2009

I am a business owner and I first heard about Champion AC at Solar Fest, which is a festival about energy saving and going green. Just 3 days later, I had problems with the AC unit at my business and we called the people who initially installed the unit. They gave us a quote that seemed reasonable at the time as well as a rough estimate of time in which they would be there. When they did not show up at that time, we called Champion AC. Champion AC had someone out there in 15 minutes, plus they fixed the problem for half the price the other company had quoted us. It was unbelievable. That was 3 or 4 months ago and I have since used Champion to move my outside AC unit at my house because I had a pool installed. Their people came out, gave me a quote and talked about what they would do and how I wanted it to look. Again, they did the job for half the price of another quote I had gotten. One of the things that really distinguishes Champion AC is that they are very personable -- both Ben and his workers. Both times I used them, they listened to what I wanted and did what they said they were going to do in a timely manner. Champion A/C, Inc. was a great decision! 7/8/2009

Just had my old air conditioner replaced with Champion and they really did a good job. I actually called them because of the reviews I read while doing research and they really went above and beyond what I expected. I know more about air conditioning than I ever thought I would. Fernando went through all of the details with me and he truly left nothing under the rug. I am definitely pleased with the performance of my new air conditioner and would not change a thing. You should definitely call them if you are looking for a company that is straightforward and has quality technicians and installers. more

We had a new unit installed by Champion AC and the whole process went very well. I had heard some of the nightmares my friends and family had went through with other companies and that is why I chose Champion AC. They had the best reviews and I really liked the technicians who we dealt with. They kept our home clean and they all were very professional. Having 3 small children I really watch who we let in our home and I truly felt comfortable with Champion AC. We did have one problem on the Sunday after the installation and they insisted on coming over immediately and fixing the problem. It just turned out to be something with the thermostat, but I'm very thankful that they were there immediately to keep us comfortable. I have told all of my family and friends about Champion A/C and how professional they are. If any of you are looking for a reliable AC company then you really shouldn't look any further. more

Champion A/C, Inc. is a quality company with a fantastic staff! 7/2/2009

I have 4 Air Conditioning systems that cool my home and over the past 5 years I have started to have problems with them and have also had some very steep utility bills. Two years ago Champion A/C came out to give me an estimate on changing out one of my 4 units. Their price was about $600 more than another small company that was referred to me by a family member. I went with the referral and it truly backfired on me. The system that was installed never worked properly and I could never get a hold of the guy who installed it. I will never just go with the cheapest option available when it comes to central air conditioning systems ever again. I guess the saying "you get what you pay for" rings true in my situation. I decided to give Champion A/C a call when one of my other systems started to give me problems. It was ten years old so I decided to replace it and give Champion A/C a chance. Best A/C company in SA! 7/2/2009

Just had my air conditioner replaced about 4 months ago and I must say that I am pleased with Champion A/C's installation and the performance of their equipment. I was a bit skeptical about replacing my unit, because it was 10 years old, but my utility savings have really paid for the unit. My utility bill has gone from about $300 a month to about $135. The best part is that my payment on the system is about $125 a month. Not bad for getting a new central air conditioner. I highly recommend Champion A/C because they deliver what they advertise. This is definitely the company to use if you are looking for a good home air conditioning company. Pros: Awesome service and great prices! more

If you are looking for a great A/C company then read this!!! 6/19/2009

Champion A/C happened to be the third company that I called in to consult on my air conditioner. The first two companies really just pushed my wife and I to purchase a brand new system that would have cost us $8000. We did not feel comfortable spending that much money because our current system is only 7 years old. Fernando from Champion A/C ended up coming out to our home and he really listened to our concerns and helped us make the best decision for our current financial situation. We did sign a maintenance agreement with them and for about $30 dollars a month they basically fix any problem that ever arises. Also, whatever portion of that investment is unused will go towards a brand new air conditioner when ours actually breaks. This company really stood out because they just didn't push a sale on us. My family and I rent here in San Antonio and our AC system broke down!!!! Champion AC was fast, friendly, and super affordable. I also signed up for a maintenance agreement for a small monthly fee that has given me piece of mind and already saved me more money!!!!Great Company. Over-the-Top 6/9/2009

I'm not the type to write a review of a company, but these guys really helped me out in a pinch. I had put off getting my A/C looked at even though I knew there was a problem for some time. Well, of course, it has a full freeze up on a day when I'm having guests over that night. Champion A/C came out in time to service and repair when no one else I spoke to could come that day. They were friendly and very knowledgeable on preventive measures as well. When I need a new A/C i will definitely call them. Pros: Fast, dependable and knowledgeable more

They staff over at Champion A/C was awesome. From start to finish they remained professional and courteous. Their Prices are fair and the service was excellent. I recommend that you sign up for the service plans to keep your ac running at its peak. I always cool and comfortable in my home thanks to the folks at Champion A/C.Thanks Gentlemen. Finally, A Company That You Can Trust!!! 6/8/2009

No A/C during the hot southern summer is no fun, especially when you have children. Come to find out, all my AC needed was a little tune up to get it running again. The technicians were professional and fast. For a reasonable monthly fee, I signed a maintenance agreement to ensure this does not happen again. I highly recommend Champion A/C!!! more

Outstanding Company 6/7/2009

I highly recommend Champion AC, my AC was not cooling properly and heard about them through a friend. So I called and they were here in a timely manner. They were very professional and knowledgeable and were straight forward with me which I appreciate. So my AC was fixed and the wife was happy. I also signed up for a maintenance agreement which was well worth it. If my wife has any problems she knows who to call. Fantastic company 5/23/2009

From start to finish this company has what it takes to get the job done. Initially I saw champion AC advertisements on TV and was concerned that their prices might be high, but they turned out to be perfect. I will say that they had the best price and service out of all the companies we had previously used. They also were very clear in there communication with us and that was key for us. I am a very satisfied customer and I have already referred all of our friends and neighbors. more
