Very Thorough 7/15/2016

When I went to pick up my car when the work was completed, we discovered I needed to replace my alternator (had nothing to do with why it went in the first time). I was just happy I could leave it another day instead of being sent off not knowing anything was wrong. Chad Miller definitely has a life long customer! more

Chad is courteous and mindful of the customer 6/28/2016

Everything seems alright - the mileage on the review is incorrect - I have 78450 miles. Had front brakes replaced - I am concerned the brake pedal seems soft. Will follow-up. Also did not get a reminder sticker for my next oil change. :( more

Great customer service 6/22/2016

Chad Miller is a cool guy. He really sat down and had a conversation with me and my girl. Made us feel comfortable. I really appreciated that. Plus, my car ran really smooth. He also gave me insight on other issues that I was having with my car that no one else could give or at least cared to. My loyalty goes to Chad Miller Auto Care. more

Great, Friendly Service 6/22/2016

Took in my 2008 Honda Civic for a maintenance check and oil change this week. The guys at Chad Miller were great! I felt that they were honest and friendly. They looked over my care and completed the oil change quickly and let me know the car was in good shape. I will definitely be going back for other service in the future. more

Took Great Care Of US 6/18/2016

Chad did a great job! We had been rear-ended by an 18 wheeler while driving our motorhome and towing our vehicle. He got our car in the shop the same day, diagnosed the problem and got the parts ordered and the repair done quickly. It saved us from missing out on reservations that we made months ago at the Grand Canyon. He kept us informed of the status and worked with us to get the car picked up by the RV technician once he had it repaired and then just emailed me the bill. He also took pictures that we would need for insurance and put the old parts in the trunk so we would have them for the claims adjuster. Also, the price that he charged was very reasonable for the work that was done. Thanks a bunch!! more
