Fast and professional 2/19/2016

Totally recommend. There was a strange noise in the engine and the guys could identify it, order pieces and change everything in a few hours. Thank you a lot, the car works great and there is no noise any more!:) more

So hard to find a good auto shop 2/14/2016

It's so hard to find a good auto shop you can trust. I was told what was most important to fix immediately and what could wait. My car was fixed quickly in the time predicted and I was given rides to and from the shop while I waited. My only complaint is being charged for a diagnostic that I don't remember approving. I wanted to make sure nothing else was wrong, but if I didn't need a diagnostic, I didn't have the money to pay for one. Otherwise I'm very happy and plan to return for future fixes. more

Great Customer Service 2/8/2016

My car broke down unexpectedly and this repair shop was the nearest shop. From begining to end Mr. Miller was very friendly and curtious. He explained all the repairs and only worked on things I approved. Overall I was very satisfied with the service and the friendly attitude. more

Chad& his Team are Great Guys that know what needs to be done and will give you Honest Answers! 2/6/2016

Chad and his Team of skilled craftsmen know their trade well if something stumps them they will do what it takes to get answers and repair the problems. To limit expenses they will give you advise. If you auto has not had timely or routine maintenance how can you expect to not have major repair cost? That keeps you and others safer on the roads. Just as your auto is cared for good people if your attitude is not right or jus plain ol UGLY. Maybe one needs a check up from the neck up because that is where The Key Problem Is Located! Trying to find and have great skilled people in their speciality that are Honest and give their best to get your auto or no matter what speciality you need is increasingly more difficult to find so if you find someone Please Tell them THANK YOU WITH A SMILE!! Your Day will be Far better than a growl in your heart and mind! Remember what goes around will come back Around! more

Chad Miller Auto Care is a great place to take your vehicle--whether just for regular service (oil change, etc) or major mechanical issues, they are professional and knowledgeable. Their waiting area and bathrooms are also very well maintained and inviting. more

Outstanding Service and the Best Warranty in Town 1/30/2016

I recently had the front disk pads replaced under warranty at Chad Miller. They were intermittently making crunching sounds and Chad replaced them with new pads. Chad could never reproduce the problem when I would take the van in, but he still wanted to satisfy me and take me seriously concerning the reoccurring problem. Thanks Chad and his organization for doing an outstanding job. Chad even followed up with a call to check out how the brakes were doing. The brakes are working fine now. more

Wow - Honesty, What a Concept! 1/28/2016

I have been having my cars serviced in San Antonio for 25 years and this is the first time that I have encountered an honest mechanic. You took care of my BMW and even told me that I didn't have any other noticeable problems. This was great since my previous mechanic said that I had some serious oil leaks which I knew wasn't true because I had already had those issues taken care of with someone else. As long as you can provide the service I need on my car, you will always have my business. As of today, my previous mechanic is fired. Thanks Chad for being honest and straight forward. I highly recommend that anyone needing service to check you out first. Your warranty is unbeatable!!!! more

superb service with free laughs 1/8/2016

Chad and company make vehicle repair fun - or at least as much fun as it can possibly be when you have to pay for unexpected repair work. They correctly diagnosed and repaired my truck transmission oil leak, checked out everything else and changed the oil. Competent, honest and friendly, fun interactions included at no additional charge. more
