Hospitality, integrity, and affordable! 11/21/2015

the owner runs the front desk and completes all transactions he answers the phone and gives you peace of mind that your vehicle will be treated as if it were his own. Very impressed with the amount of professionalism and integrity this place has ! Not once did he try to get me to buy additional services and the price I paid for a alignment was the best in town. All around the best automotive service I've had in the past 5 years living in San Antonio! more

What sets Chad Miller Auto Care above the rest, besides their vast knowledge of vehicles, is their compassion for their customers and their honesty. There's no pressure to buy parts or labor you don't need and if they say something needs fixing, you know it really does. There's no one else I trust my car to! more

Excellent guest service 11/3/2015

Chad really knows how to take care of his guests and their vehicles. I went in for an oil change and found i had faulty wiring and sparkplugs. He took care of it and now i notice a bit difference in my car's performance. The only gripe i have is im their repair they must have accidentally messed with the wiring to the dash panel lights. more

Treat you like family! 10/22/2015

It was great being recognized by my first name and not be just a "regular customer". Chad Miller was kind enough to rent me car for the meantime while mine was in the shop for a couple of days. Oh and the thank you cookies they give are delicious ! more

Best place to go for auto care 10/21/2015

Chad Miller Auto Care is awesome. The owner himself knows me by name and I can trust his staff that they'll take care of my car. Been getting oil changes for about a year now. Wouldn't take my car anywhere else. My car is brand new but in the past with my other cars I would take them to Midas or Kens Good year and they would always mess with stuff and print out a sheet of whats wrong with my car and so on just trying to rip me off. more

Great Customer Service 10/21/2015

I always appreciate when Chad Miller's place can fit me in their schedule when I have a urgent need. Recently, my radiator lost its fluid with my wife having to make a long trip in a few days. I got the van to Chad and his shop troubleshot the cooling system and found a faulty part. They replaced it, pressure tested it, and unfortunately, the new part was bad. They rushed to get another new part and replaced it again (the same day). Chad came to my house to pick me up (we only have one vehicle) and it was past their normal operating hours. I would say he was above and beyond what I was expecting in customer service. Thanks Chad more

Very easy to work with and came with two recommendations. My only gripe is nowhere on website or talking over the phone was there a mention of a diagnostic fee. I appreciate that you were able to quickly fix my car and I think the website and followup service are awesome. It's nice you offered a first time coupon discount. You might want to look into Saturday hours for those needing that specific day. more

Chad Miller was the 5th place that I took my car to; and the first to correctly identify and fix the problem. The door states it correctly; good mix of modern technology (wi-fi, email/text photos & invoices, etc.) and old fashioned service (ma'am, sir, transport home). Would certainly return and recommend to a friend! more

Certifiably high quality service 10/1/2015

My experience with Chad Miller Auto Care was nothing short of pleasant. I needed dual claims from my warranty and auto insurance (thanks to my college student), but Chad was diligent in ensuring that all parties were engaged and kept up-to-date at all times on the status of repairs. He was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable about the required work; not to mention completing the work thoroughly, yet expeditiously. My expectations have been exceeded and I've gained a trustworthy mechanic, which is certainly important since my daughter attends school over 4 hours from home. Thanks Chad! more

Even for something as basic and routine as an oil change, I was treated very friendly and with utmost care. The waiting area has personal touches that show it was furnished with the client in mind.
