Chad did a great job! We had been rear-ended by an 18 wheeler while driving our motorhome and towing our vehicle. He got our car in the shop the same day, diagnosed the problem and got the parts ordered and the repair done quickly. It saved us from missing out on reservations that we made months ago at the Grand Canyon. He kept us informed of the status and worked with us to get the car picked up by the RV technician once he had it repaired and then just emailed me the bill. He also took pictures that we would need for insurance and put the old parts in the trunk so we would have them for the claims adjuster. Also, the price that he charged was very reasonable for the work that was done. Thanks a bunch!!
