I have been at spas all over the world and on cruises. Yuli is the best! I feel like a queen during the treatment. She is always ready to help and answer questions. I am 60 and my coworker introduced me to someone who emailed him later. The email said " Could you please provide me the email number for that young lady I met at the conference?" Wow. I was embarrassed and delighted at the same time!\r \r So, if you ever wanted to bring back your youth without surgery --this is the plan. I have never even done botox or fillers. Russo is great 8/15/2010

I was kind of hesitant to go there, but service I've got was wonderful. Back wax was fast and painless, and Russo was very sweet. I highly recommend her. more

I Like Cassianna Spa ,But I love it more because of one Person that work in there and I love her and I can not do anything without her .\r Her name is Ruso Katamadze ,I know her over 11 years and without her I realy do not know what to do ,I always tell her where ever you go I follow you ,she is soooo nice,sweet,clean,caring and she does great job and she knows excatly what is she doing :( WAXING,FACIAL,and many more ....).I am realy happy with her all this years that I am going to her and also I am so happy that I find her.\r Dear Ruso I wish you the best in your job and your life and I hope you will be keep continue to your best job and best wishes for you and good luck.\r \r Pouneh,F.Z. more

I have been one of Yulie's waxing clients for the past two years. She is extremely friendly, attentive, professional and courteous. She always has a smile on her face with a warm and inviting nature. She is very thorough and gives specialized attention to make me feel like I am her only customer. I would recommend Yulie to everyone! more

best facialist ever!!!!!!!! 5/20/2010

I had a facial last week at Cassianna spa,that was fantastic My facialist Jackie was wonderful. She had the perfect touch, quietly explained to me each thing that she was doing and asked me multiple times if I was comfortable. I felt completely taken care of and pampered. It was a wonderful experience and absolutely worth the money. I'm grateful that I've finally found a wonderful facialist that I will definitely return to and tell my friends about. \r I think this was one of the best facials for the money out there. It was so relaxing and innovative! My skin also looks phenomenal. Jackie seemed very experienced and made suggestions for processes based on my skin type. Highly recommend Jackie!!!!!!!!!!! more

The best esthetician in town!!!! 2/22/2010

I just wanted to take a minute to share my experience.. i read few reviews about a beautician named Halima and i thought since i just moved to the area i would make a stop at CASSIANNA and try her out.. let me tell you that it was the BEST experience i have ever had.. coming from NYC i can tell you that it's really hard to find someone as good as most spa staff in the Manhattan area, but i left as happy as i would ever be... i had wax done by her couple of times and then we talked about getting a Microdermabrasion facial and it was just fantastic. i don't think i can ever find someone as good on getting the results i got, FYI it was not the first time for this kind of facials... the place is clean, people are friendly and prices are very reasonable.. don't hesitate to come ask for Halima i'm sure you won't be desappointed.. more

smooth and polished 1/30/2010

I went to Cassianna this past friday and had Halima as my esthetician. She was wonderful! Professional and Friendly. She made the whole experience quite pleasant (and honestly that ain't easy while getting your bikini waxed). I also had a mani/pedi while I was there. All and all it was a good way to spend my friday morning and I will most definitely recommend this spa to my friends and be returning to see Halima again! more

all i can say this is the best beauty place ever in arlington\r i love my beautician Halima, been wih her for more than 5 years. she is the best for waxing ( great eyebrows and bikinis) very professional on facials, and really the number one for all body treatment, i am very glad to have her and i will highly recommend her ....thanks Halima. more

I had terrific experience working with Ruso at Cassiana Spa. She gave me the best facial. Ambiance of the spa is quite good and staff is attentive and helpful. Russo listened carefully to what I wanted and was responsive and cooperative in choosing right skin treatment and facial technique. She does great eyebrow waxing as well. I highly recommend her to anyone wanting to get a high-end and yet affordable facial! more

We had the most delightful experience! I wanted to surprise my sister and we dislike the snooty/condescending feel of many places - like they're doing YOU a favor by existing. Not at Cassianna! From the helpful, initial phone call to walking in the front door to the moment we left - my sister and I simply cannot say enough about our salson/spa experience. We have a 'few' years of experience being slightly 'older' so we can truly say that this was a treat. Given the personal warmth, skill & attention to detail, the very apparent CLEANLINESS - along with the ambiance - we have already made our appointments for our next visit! Between us we had a Microdermabrasion, a Luminous Facial with an Eye treatment and both had pedicures. It was simply perfect. They have earned our patronage by being a personable yet skilled business, without 'airs' - it was a treat that everyday women like us, who want to be pampered but like to feel comfortable in our own skin and enjoy the sense of 'belonging' an more

I had the best massage ever by Winnie (sp?), however, the receptionist at the front desk was horrendous. When I went up to pay she kept trying to charge me for an hour massage, when I only had the 50 minute massage listed as their special for the month...as if it's the customer's responsibility to keep track of the time! They also made two charges on my credit card and it took a week for them to credit my account. Be aggressive as they are about your bill, b/c they will try to nickle & dime you! The owner/manger definitely has a third world mentality when it comes to service. more

A Good Experience 2/22/2008

Did a half day spa package for my birthday. I enjoyed everything! Got a great spa mani/pedi, which lasted longer than the regular (cheaper) mani/pedi I get from other places. The facial left my face feeling cleaner, brighter, and revitalized. The massage relaxed me and took away the knots and stress I didn't even know I had. I wish I had opted for the hour massage, instead of the half hour. The staff was friendly and very professional. The facility was clean. Will do this again with Cassianna whenever I decide to treat myself again. more

Cassiana ripped me off on my wedding day 12/16/2007

I had developed a nice relationship with my stylist, Nhing. The month before my wedding, he quoted me a $35 updo for my wedding day and then, the day of, charged me $65. I will not be going back there. more

I love this place 8/24/2007

I absolutely love this place. They are very friendly and welcoming, if a little disorganized. I have had the best massage of my life here from April. She is amazing. I did a whole spa day once, and it included a haircut, which I was a little nervous about, but Ben did a great job, really took his time with me and everyone has been praising my hair since he cut it. I am giving up my $100 haircuts and will only be going to Ben, he did a better job with my hair than the fancy salon I usually go to. I know there are a lot of negative reviews on here, but I think that those folks need to be reminded that the prices here are half of what they would be at Red Door or the Mandarin Oriental...you just can't expect that kind of service and decor for half the price. But for the record April is better than any massage therapist I have ever found at Canyon Ranch, Aveda, etc. more
