I had the best massage ever by Winnie (sp?), however, the receptionist at the front desk was horrendous. When I went up to pay she kept trying to charge me for an hour massage, when I only had the 50 minute massage listed as their special for the month...as if it's the customer's responsibility to keep track of the time! They also made two charges on my credit card and it took a week for them to credit my account. Be aggressive as they are about your bill, b/c they will try to nickle & dime you! The owner/manger definitely has a third world mentality when it comes to service.
