I called ahead of time and asked the price of a haircut (without wash). I was told it depended on the stylist, my hair, etc.; after I told the reservationist I was quoted $20. The price turned out to be $35. The manager argued that it depended on the stylist, my hair, etc.-- when I pointed out that I the reservationist knew these details, she refused to change the price... she actually asked in the end, "well, did you get a good haircut?" Ironically, the answer is a distinct NO-- I asked the stylist to SLIGHTLY trim my (chin length) bangs; instead I got a one-inch fringe.At worst, the folks at this salon are dishonest; at best they are disorganized, definitely without a philosophy that "the customer is right."
