Cassiana Spa

I have been using Cassiana for about 8 years. Julia is FABULOUS with facials and waxing...none better... I like the manicures and the pedicures could be more relaxed....they could take some more time. Minh cuts my hair and ALWAYS does a nice job. They can be a little pushy but overall I almost always (90%) of the time I have a great experience. more

Waxing services at Cassianna have always been very good so I decided to book a pedicure as well, which turned out to be a mistake. The pedicure was lackluster at best, and I had to keep pointing out areas of my feet that needed attention. Also, I noticed a sign on the wall indicating that razors can only be used on customers who ask--I never asked, although the time she took using the razor was so minimal I guess it didn't count as actually using it. Almost immediately after painting my nails, I was ushered out of the chair with very wet toe nails and sent to the front to pay. If there was a drying station, nobody showed it to me, and I certainly didn't see it. Obviously they were more concerned with turning over the chair instead of providing good service. more

The Cassianna Spa is a classy institution. With all of the nail joints popping up this one is tried and true. They have only quality people there working for them and they are true artists in their profession. The atmosphere is serene and clean. I would recommend it to anyone and often do. more

I booked a swedish couples massage. I went to Cassianna Spa and before I was massaged, I was told it would be $145. This was the list price on both the menu I was handed by the receptionist, and the price listed on the website. When my boyfriend went to pay, I was downstairs in the restroom, and they lady charged him $165 thinking he wouldn't notice. Apparently our massage therapists had told the recotionist that we had upgraded to a deep tissue massage. However we did not book nor recieve a deep tissue massage, and did not ask to upgrade to one either. So basically they tacked on another twenty dollars and had no excuse for doing so. I had to go back there and they would not change the charge price. This is bad customer service, especially for first customers. Thes people are very sneaky and dishonest. Please dont waste your time. more

Been going to Cassiana's for about a year now. Tuan cuts and colors my hair. I am always so pleased with what he does. The rest of the staff is professional and efficient. I've also had pedicures and manicures done here, and they do a good job. Great find! more

I called ahead of time and asked the price of a haircut (without wash). I was told it depended on the stylist, my hair, etc.; after I told the reservationist I was quoted $20. The price turned out to be $35. The manager argued that it depended on the stylist, my hair, etc.-- when I pointed out that I the reservationist knew these details, she refused to change the price... she actually asked in the end, "well, did you get a good haircut?" Ironically, the answer is a distinct NO-- I asked the stylist to SLIGHTLY trim my (chin length) bangs; instead I got a one-inch fringe.At worst, the folks at this salon are dishonest; at best they are disorganized, definitely without a philosophy that "the customer is right." more

I would say that this is a nice place to get spa services done reasonably. I had a pedicure done here and they got me in right on schedule, and had me out quickly. I wish they would have spent more time on me as a customer, but for the price I cannot complain more

I have had great experiences with Cassiana Spa. They were very nice and polite in helping me make reservations as well as when I walked in. The spa was very clean and everyone there was polite and very good at what they did. more
