I had a very good experience with Sales and Design Consultant Abbe Stuart. She is friendly, helpful, understands design, and goes the extra mile. She made design suggestions that made sense, understood our aesthetic vision, and knows their products well. She communicative and follows through on our orders all the way to the end. We originally just bought new flooring for the kitchen and the rest of the house but went back after our order came in to buy countertops and backsplash because we trusted Abbe and the prices were unbeatable. My experience was great! I went into the Thornton store a few months ago to price #1 red oak (unfinished) for my entire main level flooring. Patti was able to give me the correct information from the beginning and it was available to me in just a couple of days. Even the management was helpful and accomodating. I have since placed two additional orders and the price is has been exactly what I was quoted and in a very timely fashion. I was skeptical about going in because it looks expensive, but they are a one stop shop. I recommend you try them out if you are at all shopping for any type of flooring. My updstairs carpet and wood is being replaced next year and I will most certainly return to Carpet Exchange to place my order. more

I had a great experience and wanted to share it. Joe Ulibarri and his staff were very easy to work with. I had a small job matching a piece of Carpet Exchange carpet in the basement. Joe Ulibarri said, ""no job is too small."" He treated me with respect even though we weren't spending thousands of dollars. He tracked down the match for my 'special ordered' remnant and provided samples for me, which he had delivered up to Northglenn for my convenience! The installers Richard and Frederico were the cherry on the top of my experience. They were professional and polite. They did a beautiful job and even vacuumed! It looks as though the previous reviews were written by Carpet Exchange. I have never had a good experience with Carpet Exchange. I had carpet installed in my upstairs. Two seams started to come apart. I contacted the store and was told that Keith the install manager would call me. I received a call from an installer and was told that I needed to move the furniture, which upset me because I paid Carpet Exchange to move my furniture. Keith never called me to discuss it. I contacted the local BBB and got a call from another installer who said he would come and look at the problem. When he got here I explained that I needed to leave but an adult would be here to sign. He told me he did not know if he could fix it but he would try. When I returned he was gone and I could not believe my eyes, not only was the gap worse it was crooked and the carpet around it had waves, you could step in one place and push the carpet down. I contacted the BBB again. The regional sales manager called and asked to see the seams. He agreed to restretch both seams. He informed me that the installer would be here the next day. The installer called and rescheduled for 2 days later. The installer got here with a ""helper"", they tore up the upstairs, took a door frame off. I heard a loud noise and I asked what it was, his ""helper"" said it was nothing. They finished up and left, I went up to check and found out that the noise was a crystal box that was broken which was no where the seam was, I am sure it was because the ""helper"" was snooping. I contacted the BBB Again and got a response from some B**ch at Carpet Exchange, to this day there is a quarter inch gap at the seams and all Carpet Exchange has to say is that it is industry standard. My carpet is not fixed even though they have an Install Warranty. more

I thought carpet exchange really delivered. The sales people were very pleasant. Lisa was really on top of making sure everything got done. The prices were very cheap. The store location was close to my house. Pros: Cheap, reliable, pleasant saless people Cons: none really more

They ruined my floor, my house and my life! They are accepting no blame when they screwed up everything at every moment. I can't believe they are in business as not one person there was competent or honest. I currently have no floor, my walls and trim are ruined and they are blaming me for the privilege. I am out thousands of dollars and regret ever walking into their store. Beware! Cons: Too Many more

This place was a nightmare!!! They took two weeks to transfer a rug from another store in Denver. Then when we got the rug it was the wrong one. After taking it back they once again gave us the WRONG rug!!! The manager, instead of appologizing, acused us and the saleswomen of lying saying "" There is no way that's the wrong rug, I put the tag on it myself"". Well unless they are blind or stupid they could see it's the wrong f***ing rug!!! I personally don't have the time or gas money to deal with this place anymore. I'm tired of driving to their store and back with the wrong rug every time. Here's a tip-order online, they deliver for free and aren't retarded!!!!! Pros: Nothing....... Cons: Everything more
