This place was a nightmare!!! They took two weeks to transfer a rug from another store in Denver. Then when we got the rug it was the wrong one. After taking it back they once again gave us the WRONG rug!!! The manager, instead of appologizing, acused us and the saleswomen of lying saying "" There is no way that's the wrong rug, I put the tag on it myself"". Well unless they are blind or stupid they could see it's the wrong f***ing rug!!! I personally don't have the time or gas money to deal with this place anymore. I'm tired of driving to their store and back with the wrong rug every time. Here's a tip-order online, they deliver for free and aren't retarded!!!!!
