They did a great job with the supreme wash i got they cleaned all that i asked for they shined the tires cleaned the dashboard, the windows wern't streaky, the baccuming was a little bit off but other than that it was a great service. more

Don't let them wax your car. They buffed my truck and buffed the paint off on an area of about 2" wide by 12" long strip. They say we didn't do that. They did. more

I have a new Honda Civic. They did an exterior wash & dry during the last snow/ice day. There were salt crystals all over their lot. When drying, I saw one of them drop their wet towel on the ground and pick it up and continue drying. He didn't even bother to shake it off. I should have run out there screaming, "Stop, Stop"! That's so pathetic that he could not have exchanged the towel for a new/dry one. Lately, they keep missing the tire shine on one of the wheels on my wife's mini van. What is going on? more

STAY AWAY if you value your car!!!! They are all smiles and thank you when you leave but have a problem and it all goes away in a hurry. Upon leaving town I took my station wagon in for a “supreme” wash. When they were about finished I saw them take the car back to re-vacuum the back end and I thought this is really conscientious service but by the time I traveled a short distance I noticed that the front end had not been completely vacuumed, the dash had not been dusted and the windows and mirrors were streaked. When I stopped and walked around the back of the car I found the license plate was bent out totally breaking three of the four mounts – good trick for a hand wash. It turns out that on the back of a car they use a brush on a long broom handle. When I returned their attitude was totally negative. They wouldn’t even rewash the car. I was told that after filling out a claim form they would review their video camera tapes the owner would contact me. He did not and has not – maybe sometime after the next Ice Age! more
