I have a new Honda Civic. They did an exterior wash & dry during the last snow/ice day. There were salt crystals all over their lot. When drying, I saw one of them drop their wet towel on the ground and pick it up and continue drying. He didn't even bother to shake it off. I should have run out there screaming, "Stop, Stop"! That's so pathetic that he could not have exchanged the towel for a new/dry one.
Lately, they keep missing the tire shine on one of the wheels on my wife's mini van. What is going on?
