STAY AWAY if you value your car!!!! They are all smiles and thank you when you leave but have a problem and it all goes away in a hurry. Upon leaving town I took my station wagon in for a “supreme” wash. When they were about finished I saw them take the car back to re-vacuum the back end and I thought this is really conscientious service but by the time I traveled a short distance I noticed that the front end had not been completely vacuumed, the dash had not been dusted and the windows and mirrors were streaked. When I stopped and walked around the back of the car I found the license plate was bent out totally breaking three of the four mounts – good trick for a hand wash. It turns out that on the back of a car they use a brush on a long broom handle. When I returned their attitude was totally negative. They wouldn’t even rewash the car. I was told that after filling out a claim form they would review their video camera tapes the owner would contact me. He did not and has not – maybe sometime after the next Ice Age!
