I totally recommend this apartment complex! Ever since Alliance took over, this community has been taken to another level. They recently remodeled everything and they care about your pets too! They even built a dog park and added more pet stations etc. to adhere to our every need. It has been like Night and Day since Alliance has taken this place over. Our Parcel Lockers will text you a pass code when a package is waiting for you, giving you privacy and piece of mind that your package isn't just sitting on a office floor . On top of all of this the employees actually care about you and are good about handling problems or complaints the same day. I highly recommend this place! more

This place is RIDICULOUS! They don't address your concerns. We had a HUGE mosquito problem for the entire summer. I kept asking them to remedy it as my wife, kids, and I were constantly bitten all summer. They were all over the hallway so when I would open my door, they'd fly right in. They asked me to do THEM a favor and extend my lease one month over because THEY have "too many residents moving for that particular month". I agreed, and when I had to leave early after losing my job, THEY FINED ME $5,000 for 2 months!!!! more

Horrible treatment by management, and the ONLY time anyone calls or notifies me, it's to let me know I'm wrong about something, and if you're persistent in complaining, they will sick lawyers on you. The one thing they WON'T do is address your complaints. Once you've signed the lease, you pay rent. They won't rectify anything. And you'll get to the point of frustration with them that you won't even WANT them to bother. I think it's a plan they have. The buildings and everything in them are Ikea quality. Everything is shabby, and the upstairs people sound like they're walking through MY living room, and I expect them to fall through the ceiling at any time. They are not to be trusted with anything, and from what I'm told, I will not get any of my deposit, no matter how clean the apartment is. The only reason I've given it any stars is because I can't post without it, and I can't give it half a star. Pros: Your lease can't go on forever. Cons: Won't let you out of lease, and they will not fix problems. more

Young couple was looking for a quiet safe community, at noisiest night we would play a game of dominos, would get complaints about "walking too loud" management not helpful, and dont plan on getting any security deposit back even if you leave it in pristine, they will find something to fine you for... and really no way to dispute.
