This place is RIDICULOUS! They don't address your concerns. We had a HUGE mosquito problem for the entire summer. I kept asking them to remedy it as my wife, kids, and I were constantly bitten all summer. They were all over the hallway so when I would open my door, they'd fly right in.
They asked me to do THEM a favor and extend my lease one month over because THEY have "too many residents moving for that particular month". I agreed, and when I had to leave early after losing my job, THEY FINED ME $5,000 for 2 months!!!!
