They are honest and will give you an estimate on what needs to be fixed, and what can wait. They've never overcharged and I'm always happy with the results. I highly recommend their services. more

I have taken three vehicles to Campus Auto Service in the past three months. They have done a very good job. They are very upfront. I only had a problem with one of the repairs. I had been delivering mail to Campus Auto Service for years and I saw how honest they were, so started taking my car there. They are just nice people. I told them I thought I needed certain work done and the mechanic just told me honestly it was not necessary. Typically, if you tell a dealer or repair shop you need some work done, they will not disagree with you. They are just good, honest people, and they do good work. more

I have being going to Campus Auto Service for at least 10 years. I have always gotten good service on my car. They are generally pretty accurate in terms of the their cost and time estimates. For me at the University, their location is very convenient. I can drop my car off and walk to a bus stop anywhere on campus. It is an owner-operated facility, and I have always found Andrew and Morgan to be honest. It is hard to find a good mechanic, so when you do find one, you better stick with them. Mike Trudeau more

I have nothing negative to say about Campus Auto Service. They have done an excellent job on my vehicle. I won't take it anywhere else. They have done a whole lot of work for me, and I have not had a problem. I had a new motor put in by a different outfit, and it took 4 motors before they got it to work. By that point, they had the wiring all screwed up and Campus Auto had to do a lot of work just to get it to where it worked right. They diagnose everything really well. I just recently had an oil change down there because I would rather not take my car anywhere else. I know it will be done right. more

When I first started using Campus Auto Service, about 4 or 5 years ago, Andy allowed me to make payments. We would make a plan of when I would give him checks, and he would do the work. He was really helpful when my finances were down. Last week I had a problem with my alternator, and Andy called the gentlemen he got it from and explained the situation. He replaced it at no price and even got me a better quality alternator. I didn't even have to pay the difference between them. At one point my belts went out, and he replaced them free of charge; I didn't even have to pay for towing. Campus Auto Service has been very helpful for me and my car. Andy is very kind and helpful, and he is willing to work with you to get your car repaired. more

Wonderful service. My hood latch was malfunctioning so I stopped by to set up an appointment to have it fixed. After taking a quick look at it, they fixed it on the spot in roughly 30 mins. Can't ask for much more. more

Campus Auto Service was recommended to me by a friend, and in turn I have recommended them to probably more than 10 other people. I receive consistently good and consistently fast service. I have used them since I moved to the area, so about 5 or 6 years. They will give me a ride to my work place, which is near by, and they always try to finish the work within the day. Campus Auto will call me with an estimate before they do any work. There was one instance where some of the work had a problem, and they fixed it free of charge because it was still within the year. I have been going to Campus Auto Service for the last 3 years, since I moved to Ohio. When I first moved here I needed an oil change and took it somewhere I didn't know, and that was a mistake. After unsuccessfully looking for a mechanic I asked my sister for a recommendation. She uses Campus Auto and has a really good relationship with them. Andy was the one who usually helped her, so she told me to go there. The first couple times I went to them Morgen would take me in the back and show me my car so that I would have a visual as well as a written statement. She would explain what was going on so that I would understand why my car needed the repairs. I really appreciated that, and since then I have not gone anywhere else. They will tell me in advance what I should get done, and they give me a time-line for when to do it. They are very upfront with the cost of repairs. Mechanics can really leach money out of people who don't know what is going on, and I don't really know what is going on with my car. It is so nice to know that I have someone I can trust. They are really nice and personable people. When Campus Auto Service fixes something I never have a problem again. I have an older car from 1994, and though it looks like it is in shape the parts are just starting to deteriorate. It is frustrating knowing that I have to spend money to keep the car in shape, but I know that I am safe and that I don't have worry. more

They tell me what is going on with my car, they tell me what needs fixed, and they do not make things up. They do not lie. If there are things that can be fixed but can wait, they tell me. And, they order high quality parts. more

Whenever we take the cars in for routine maintenance they look for problems or issues so that we can avoid large repairs in the future. I started using Campus Auto Service because they were close to campus. I have used them many times for maintenance and they do a really thorough job. It's a great service. Campus Auto really has gone above and beyond for me. Most recently, I had forgotten my credit card, and they gave me a ride home to get it so that I would not have to take the bus there and back. We first used Campus Auto Service because they were willing to help us out and work with us on a problem we had with our car. We had been told that it needed a new engine and gotten quotes for the job. However, when we spoke to Andy at Campus Auto Service, he said he would tow the car over for free and look at it. It turned out that the car did not need a new engine. We have been back to Campus Auto several times now in the last 1-1/2 years because we have a good rapport with them. They are fairly quick and they stand by their warranty. When we have brought the car back to them, they have been good about going over it and making sure that nothing else was causing the problem. It is hard to find a mechanic you can trust. At Campus Auto, they are good people: fair, honest, upfront. That is why we continue to go back to them when we have car problems. more

The first time I used Campus Auto Service, they fixed something that another auto place could not fix. I liked the people there, who were very nice, and they were close to my home. I use Campus Auto all of the time now, mainly for maintenance work. Last winter, one mechanic even came out to my home and put a battery in my car for me.
