We first used Campus Auto Service because they were willing to help us out and work with us on a problem we had with our car. We had been told that it needed a new engine and gotten quotes for the job. However, when we spoke to Andy at Campus Auto Service, he said he would tow the car over for free and look at it. It turned out that the car did not need a new engine.
We have been back to Campus Auto several times now in the last 1-1/2 years because we have a good rapport with them. They are fairly quick and they stand by their warranty. When we have brought the car back to them, they have been good about going over it and making sure that nothing else was causing the problem.
It is hard to find a mechanic you can trust. At Campus Auto, they are good people: fair, honest, upfront. That is why we continue to go back to them when we have car problems.
