Why not start a ticket 4/9/2011

I did an online review and received an email confirmation. That was great. However, upon showing up to drop off my car, I found out a ticket hadn't been started. It didn't take long to get one written up, but it would have been even better to walk in, hand off my keys and immediately be on my way. more

explanation of needed service was clear and straightforward, costs were estimated well, I was actually called and informed when my car was ready to pick up! All in all, a very good experience. I would come again when my car needs service. more
