I had a bad experience with the last service I had with my 1993 Mercedes 300E. I brought the car in to find out why the engine light was on. On three sepaarate times I was told it was fixed but in all cases after I paid the bills and tried to pull out of the parking lot, the engine light would come on again. In those 3 weeks that Camarillo Car Care kept my car they couldnt determine what was wrong with it. I just want to state that a lot of friends told me that it sounds like a sensor problem. Finally, I was told by your Company that they had to take my car to a Mercedes Specialist in Simi Valley to be examined for which Camarillo Care had the nerve to even charge me $26 for gas when everybody knows that if you took the backway road from Camarillo, Simi Valley was just probably 20 miles away. The bottom line is I ended a total of 3 separate bills for all these work. For this repair shop to be Automobile Club Approved and named Auto Repair Shop of the Year doesnt seem to add up. In short I am utterly disappointed with Camarillo Car Care Center. I expected more.
