When my wife took our 2002 Escape in for a routine oil change, she asked if they would rotate the tires too(an additional $20), the tech told her that while they had the tires off that they would check the brakes too, she told him that the brakes should be fine as they were done not too long ago. Latter that day she received a call that it was suggested that the tires not be rotated at this time..but here's were it gets irritating, when she went to pick up the car she noticed the additional $20 rotation charge was still on the bill, when she inquired she was told that, that was the charge for pulling off the tires to check the brakes. REALLY?
