Transmission service 7/9/2011

I would like to communicate with you regarding my 1998 Dodge Van that had the transmission serviced about 5 years ago. After servicing we drove it to North Carolina. Coming across country we would notice fluid dripping from the transmission onto the exhaust causing smoke. Later, while on a car rack the servicing mechanic said he thought we might have a seal leaking and to watch it. Recently, at 30,000 mile (we don't drive it much) the transmission failed. The transmission repair facility told us the failure was caused by the transmission having twice as much fluid as it should have. Camarillo Car Care obviously double filled it.Your negligence cost me $2000. Very disappointing. more

Outstanding as usual 7/7/2011

Fixed my AC in 1 day and had no problem identifying electrical problems with window, air bag and seat heater. In and out 1 day, reasonable price and effective communications throughout process. Painless! Imagine that! Lol!!! more

Front Rotors 7/2/2011

We replaced our front brake rotors a year ago and we recently began to feel pulsing in the brake pedal. Cam Car Care has been excellent with resolving the issue at no cost to us. Although it is inconvenient to have such an issue this shop stands by their service and has been very thorough making sure we get the issue corrected. more

Great Service, very friendly 6/30/2011

My daughter and I broke down while shopping in Camarillo and Camarillo Car Care Center looked at our care and got us back on the road quickly. The staff was really friendly!!! I would recommend this shop to everyone.. more

165,000 mile Volvo regular servicing 6/29/2011

The scheduling was easy and the car was finished during the time I had breakfast. Very reasonable cost, too. more
