I have been bringing my cars here for several years - and I always walk away very satisfied. Ron Merson is the best! He spent 15 minutes with me going over all the options I had with my car....discussing the pros and cons of each possible move. No where else does this....I cannot recommend them highly enough. more

Losing faith. 10/21/2011

I thought I had found the perfect place to bring my new car for routine maintenance. Some place that was reasonably priced and that I could trust. But this visit I've lost faith. I asked that they check a tire that had a slow leak. Turns out it had a screw in it and could not be repaired. I was told that I should replace all 4 tires since they weren't wearing properly (these are fairly new tires). The cost? A mere $1,348!!!!!! Now I am not sure what to think of this place. more

The next day I called the front desk and asked the question: could the brake overhaul affect the steering. The service technician said no, and then proceeded to tell me that I would need a rack and pinion replacement. We scheduled an appointment to get that replaced, but within one day the vibration has gone away. I will call back and cancel the appointment (for now), and just keep an eye on it. This is weird, and yet from my perspective the brake overhaul seemed to have affected the steering mechanism, temporarily. And the brakes work fine. more
