C&O is a cheerful place, with a crowded open-roof dining area that manages not to be too loud. The atmosphere is festive, the waiters are attentive (we were told that we could call on any waiter, not just the first one who took our order). Even on a chilly November night, it wasn't too cold with the abundant heatlamps. The food is above average--nothing fantastic, but for the price, it works. The real reason to come is the breadrolls. They are hot out of the oven and simply amazing. At least once while you dine the entire restaurant breaks out into That's Amorre! which could be construed as cheesy, but if you are willing to go along with it (in addition to the serve-yourself Cianti), it's actually quite enjoyable. I was sold on this place a long time ago. Shockingly, we were seated here in 10 minutes last night.
Pros: fun atmosphere, amazing breadrolls!, reasonable prices
Cons: wait to be seated, parking
