David was very nice and helpful. I could tell I was getting quality service because he took his time measuring, asking questions, and wanted to play with my dog Opal. All joking aside, I have used Burnett before for windows and insulation on another house and it seems to me I try to find different business who can do the same thing but I always come back to Burnett. It is not about the price either. They just seem very helpful and nice. I had a quote for windows from a company, whose name I will not mention, and they could not install insulated patio doors. This of course was my main concern and why I made an appointment with Burnett when I walked into the showroom and saw the patio doors. I said "It was meant to be." If I can write another review when all of my work is completed I will do so.
